Caleb and Jacob are awesome! Got the job done efficiently and for a great price! Will recommend to anybody!
Jacob and Dan were great. They found the problem quickly, fixed it, and suggested pumping the septic. They came back within an hour and took care of it. Very efficient and nice to work with. I’d definitely use Keith’s House of Plumbing again.
Keith’s House of Plumbing is top-notch! They came out quickly and replaced my drain field with solid, reliable work. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. If you're looking for fast and dependable service done right the first time, I highly recommend Keith’s. Excellent job!
Do not recommend. Very expensive. They had to send multiple techs resulting in a larger fee. Never fixed the problem or called back to talk about additional work needed. Ended up going with Washington Septic to fix the problem.
I questioned writing this review, but I feel like it has to be said. I have used Keith’s twice in the last month. The first time was AMAZING. Great service, quick, great work. The second occasion, everything opposite. I had a sink drain that broke when someone tried moving a table, so I asked if they could repair it, and prevent it from happening again by updating the piping to code where there is clearance from the floor and the drain pipe. I was told by them that it wasn’t code the way that it was. They fixed it same day which was great. I wasn’t on site to review the work, but I was told it was fine so I didn’t have anything to add. Next day, I was called to remit payment. I was told my bill was $322. The first time I used them for two broken sink drains at a different location and it was $175. I politely asked for a breakdown because it wasn’t adding up, and was told that I was being charged for 2h 15m of labor and $62 in parts. I told them I don’t think that was accurate, so I told them I would like to review my camera footage and call back and they had no issues with that. After reviewing my footage, 1st guy came in from 1:15-1:18 to look at it. Then, from 1:37-1:40 2 different guys came in and back out, then they came back in from 2:00-2:17. All in all, a total of 23 minutes inside. Now, I understand drive time factors in, they probably also were getting the parts together outside and making everything work. So let’s say 15mins drive time there and back plus an hour at the site. That is 1 1/2 hrs total. Still overcharged at least 45 minutes in my book. What I was originally told was that it was drive time, then I was told that I paid $120 for the first guy to come out for 3 minutes to look at it and call someone else to come and do it. Not sure why first guy has to come seeing as it was a very small task, but I digress. When I first called voicing my concern I was told I had to talk to the office manager, no problem. She called me back next day since it was almost 5. I told her what I said above, politely, and her response without any hesitation was “I understand. If you have a problem with your bill then we can just disregard it and you can take any future business elsewhere.” What? I’m telling you I think I was overcharged and there was a mistake and your immediate response is to write me off? Regardless, I told her either way I was going to pay bill, but all I wanted to do was get an explanation on how 23 minutes turned into 135 minutes of labor. No reasonable explanation or reevaluation was given. Not to mention I didn’t complain about the quality of work I received a it was a patch job. For ‘parts’ I was charged $62. I received a 6inch piece of rubber piping to connect my two broken pvc pipes that I didn’t throw away, and 2 clamps to tighten it down. On top of that, the pipe was put in the exact same position it was before, so if the same instance occurred it would just break the same exact way. Once again, I digress. The issue is that I was immediately told that I was wrong and if I didn’t like it I could go elsewhere. There were multiple different ways, better ways, to handle that minor complaint I had. I felt disrespected. Especially when I could have, and obviously should have just done this myself for $15 and 20 minutes of my time. Feel free to review the pictures below and make your own conclusion if you think it was worth $322 for someone to slap 2 pieces of broken pipe together with a piece of rubber hose and clamp it down. Would you have $322 for this?
