I experienced a leaking valve and called KCS Plumbing. This was my first experience with the company. The intake staff was professional and organized. I was placed on the schedule for same day service and given timeframe for when service could be provided.. Keith arrived within 2 hours of my call and was very respectful. A full plumbing assessment was performed to check out any other problem areas. I had ended up having 4 valves changed including the leaking one. The other valves either were not shutting off the water flow or could not be turned to the off position. Keith was very informative on all that was being done. He also educated me on how my plumbing system. What started out as a scary morning was ended stress free by early afternoon. 10/10 service. Would definitely recommend.

KCS Plumbing kicks ass! They came on time, cleaned up, and they like cats and dogs. Also, they did outstanding work on plumbing that was original to a 90 year old house! I can't say enough good things! They provided excellent customer service including payment options and super easy to communicate with. From now on, if water goes through it, we will call KCS to fix it!!
