Mr CALICOAT the owner/repairman was very professional and efficient. He promptly came out to inspect our AC when we called to make an appointment. He was on time. He did a thorough inspection identified we needed a new motor, he ordered the part needed and kept us informed of the status on the part. When the part came in he installed the part the same day. KC Services did a great job on my outdoor faucets and installed new shut off valves. Very professional and quality work. The prices were reasonable and the work was done on schedule. I would definitely use them again!!!!

Keith did a great job! Replaced our central air and ran a few new ducts to help cool the upstairs better. Everything he did is working great. He also replaced our furnace several years ago and it’s been terrific. Highly recommend!

I can not recommend nor will I be using KC services in the future for my plumbing needs. I was quoted a max price range for replacement of hot and cold shut off valves which included cutting into drywall and replacing some copper. Unfortunately, when the job was finished I was charged an extra $50. My mistake was not getting the estimate in writing. I don't appreciate deceptive pricing for a straight forward job.

It was such a pleasure to meet Keith when he installed our new water heater last week. He answered the phone each time we called. He made our appointment for the install within a couple days. We needed to change the time that he came out and he accommodated us. He is trustworthy and knows his trade exceptionally well. We plan on having him come back to put in a new faucet in our tub/shower at some point. We highly recommend him to anyone needing any plumbing projects done.
