Keith and his crew were awesome. They replaced a section of sewer line under my basement floor. Right on time. Super polite. Kept me informed the whole time. Oh, and the work is top notch. Definitely recommend these guys.

KBI was super respectful and professional when they came to install our new water heater. We had bought our own water heater and had them install it for us. Keith Jr. was so nice and respectful. He did a great job on the installation and even ran out to get a drip pan that we had requested. The price was very reasonable and way less than I expected. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs in the future!

I had a Sunday afternoon backup of sewage in my basement floor drain. I called and spoke to Keith Jr., who made it by the same day within a couple hours. He talked me through the process and accurately quoted me the cost over the phone. A couple hours later, my sewage line was flowing again. He provided me with some long term solutions and estimates regarding the coming months/years so that I could begin planning for similar issues in the future. He was kind, patient, informative, and diligent considering I needed his services on a Sunday evening. Based on my research, his pricing was very competitive considering the time of the week.
