Had a indoor gas pipe repair. Easy over-the-phone estimate, simple scheduling, friendly service tech, fully explained work needed, completed in a timely manner, cleaned up nicely afterward. No complaints at all.
Karlsen is our plumbing company of choice. From water heater replacement to some very challenging bathroom faucet installations, they have responded promptly, with reasonable pricing. Scott did a great job on the most recent plumbing work. Professional, diligent worker, personable.
Mike Hinerichsen the installer is the best. Very courteous and professional. He knows what he is doing. Answered all my questions. I am confident the Ion Genesis duplex sump pump together with our whole house backup generator will get us through the worst Wisconsin weather. We also got the Xpert Alert WiFi alarm system to alert us of sump troubles on our smart phones when we are not home
I have nothing but Nice things to say about Karlsen plumbing! They are always very polite and professional. Nicole answers the phone very quickly and the technician always does a fantastic job. (Sorry I don’t have the Techs name) Please let the technician know I’m very happy with their work! I’m out of town and they were still able to work with me and meet my needs. If you own, rent or have rentals I will recommend Karlsen Plumbing every time!
Had my bathtub replaced with a new deeper tub and new water heater installed. Scott did an outstanding job on the installation of the new tub and Michael did outstanding job installing the new water heater. I was very impressed with the estimate of both jobs. Both are very loyal to the company and very hard workers. Thank you for the great job and we are very happy with the results.
