Karls plumbing is awesome, they return your calls, they show up and do the work. The gentlemen that did the work for us were very professional, truthful about costs and very knowledgeable. We tried 4 other plumbers that did not return calls or show up. If you need a plumber call these guys you will not be disappointed. We highly recommend Karl's plumbing, these are great folks.

Do not provide actual invoices, they rely on quick email responses like it’s a text message. Not dependable. Doesn’t show up on time. say they fixed things when they have not. Incredibly fishy people. I’d be very aware and ask for provided documentation for EVERYTHING. Absolutely terrible business. What a joke

Very disappointed. Crew is very messy leaves their food and drink bottles every where. On day I filled 1/4 of a 30 gall trash can with their drink bottles. We have to call repeatedly before anyone gets back to us. They show up with 6-8 guys and only 2 work. When they do show up they only work for a few hours. They have been working on our house for over 60 days and have never had to wait on us.

Carl’s worked on plumbing for several of our houses through the years. Don’t know what happened but he was called to do a faucet repair in July 2022. Staff told us it would be about two weeks. They never showed up. They were called 13 times between July and October 24. Each time said “we were on the list”. I guess Tonya doesn’t work there anymore. Too bad, she was always friendly and a sweet lady. We take care of nine assorted properties and Airbnb‘s. Guess we’ll be finding a new plumber who appreciates and takes care of clients who always pay their bills promptly.

Said they would come give us a free estimate on Thursday for some work we needed done, but they didn't come so my husband called and found out they had double booked and had to move us to Friday without telling us. They didn't come or contact us on Friday... or Monday... someone finally called on Tuesday to say they could come. The guy did his thing and told my husband he would call us with an estimate within a day or two. It's been over a week and we still haven't heard from them even though my husband called and left a message, too.

Didn’t show up when they said they would and didn’t notify us. We had to call on our own to find out they weren’t coming. Unprofessional at best. Told us they “scheduled it wrong”… how is that our fault? If you schedule it wrong you should still come that day even if it’s past your normal hours. We planned our entire day around being home because we were told they’d be here.

Their plumbers have always been extremely polite and always do exactly what I’ve asked of them! Very hard workers! Karl has an awesome crew working for him. His secretary, Tonya, is the sweetest lady and always gets me on the books as soon as she can. I love her!

Only use karls since he started brand new. Great service never late friendly all his workers are very nice
