After discovering a leak under a toilet Kalos was able to have Ted come out and replace the wax ring within a few hours. Ted was very courteous and knowledgeable about his task. I was very impressed how throughly he cleaned up when he was done. Kalos appears to hire only respectful technicians. We will definitely continue to call them whenever we have need for plumbing or AC expertise.

I never give 5 star reviews so this is a first. Completely professional from beginning to end. No hard sell on unnecessary items, no hard push to replace a 6 year old unit for $20K because an evaporator coil is leaking. They gave me a quote and fixed the coil the next day without charging me an exorbitant amount for the parts and the work. Techs were also very knowledgeable, easy to deal with and able to answer all questions I had for them.

Have been using Kalos for many years. Always get reliable and dependable service. We have a service contract and it is well worth it. Today had a biannual service scheduled, hoping everything would go well. However, unfortunately Luis Ortiz our service tech found some problems with the unit. Luis does an excellent job diagnosing any problems and worked so diligently to rectify all concerns. He is thorough and has excellent work habits. Even though it was a costly appointment at least we know our unit was fixed and is now working much more efficiently. Highly recommend Luis Ortiz

I was in a jam today with some new appliances I ordered. I couldnt have them installed because our hookups were too outdated. So, I called Kalos and Ted was able to come out just 2 hours later and replace both the refrigerator and dishwasher hookups. Ted was knowledgeable, kind, and quick. I'm so thankful for the excellent service I received today and will use their service again for sure!

I recently had two service calls completed with Kalos. One was a scheduled maintenance and the second a deep cleaning on my Mitsubishi split system. Both technicians Colin and Elijah were courteous and knowledgeable. They explained the services to be performed and the results when finished. This is a great company to have service your A/C and heating equipment.
