I’m giving 5 stars to CJ for being a true professional, who has the best interest of the customer in mind, because of him I’m giving KPH 5 stars instead of 1! I contracted KPH to install a hot water heater in our crawl space. When CJ came out to install it, he found that their supplier had sent the wrong one. At that point the KPH office forgot what good customer service was, but CJ did not. He continued to keep looking and found the right heater that would fit in our crawl space.CJ came out today with Benjamin and both did an awesome job in the installation. I cannot say enough good things about these two. At the end of the day CJ did the best he could in making things right and KPH should feel lucky in having him as an employee!

Joe did a superb job of diagnosing the heating and cooling issues at my house. He also did a fine job of installing a new furnace. Good value for the money, pleasant and helpful office staff, and basically very nice people to work with. I’ll continue to use them for annual inspections and any other issues that come up.

We were very satisfied. We thought that we needed a hot water heater. But thanks to Joe and his keen sense of smell he detected a carbon dioxide leak in our furnace. And now we are getting a new furnace installed and this was all done within 48 that’s the kind of service that makes them great. They also offer big electric heaters to use for FREE ‼️

I had the annual inspection done for the start up of my boiler furnace. The man was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. I did have some things that were not working and they had to come back and fix. They made sure they could come back right away since I was from out of town. They had all the parts in stock which was great. He came back and fixed all problems with a explanation for everything he did. The pricing was all discussed prior to him doing the job so there were no surprises. He cleaned up all messes and we did invoice and paid right at the time. Thank you so much for a great job. Hope the furnace keeps working now that everything is fixed and up to date. Have already recommended Kalkaska Plumbing and Heating to most of my friends. Your the best. Thanks again.

My project I feel was finished ahead of time. The work done is fabulous looking. I would highly recommend this company, its employees for future needed work, when the time comes. Very, very satisfied!!!
