Wonderful experience with K-Tech. At my place of employment, we were in need of replacement of a farm hydrant for our equine facility. Kevin was very prompt to come the same day to give a free assessment and estimate. Upon accepting the bid the same day, K-Tech had us on their schedule for the next available opening (only 2 days out). Kevin & Preston came, did a fantastic job of digging out the old hydrant, replacing it properly with a new functional one, and finished the entire process from 9am - 2pm. I will be sure to use K-Tech Plumbing for any future needs and will suggest them to family, friends and others in the future. Thanks again!

Kevin came promptly and on time. We had an non-emergency but urgent need. Kevin came that morning and took care of us before noon. Kevin replaced the frozen angle stops under our basement kitchen sink. He was great. I have used K-tech before but never wrote a review. I am not a big review writer, but K-tech came to my house a son's house and my father-in-laws house all in one week and we had nothing but a great experience. K-Tech will be the only plumber I call.

Our company uses K-tech on every job we can get them. They have a great system. Super responsive, I know all the guys on the residential crew and they are all awesome. They know what they are doing and they are efficient and knowledgeable, they help us on our trickiest projects that have the most headaches and they are great problem solvers! Preston, Jesse, Sawyer, Kevin, Joe, and small Preston are good dudes, I highly recommend them.

I had them come to my house because I was experiencing low water pressure. The tech checked the pressure at the source and them all the faucets. He told me that hard water was the problem. He tried working on the kitchen sink facet and just made it worse and told me that Moen had a lifetime warranty. He then tested my water and said it was way hard and that I need a water softener. I agree that most likely is the problem. My problem is that he charged me $250 for doing very little. I had used them in the past to put a sink in my garage and I thought they were reasonably priced. But this time I feel ripped off.

K-Tech Plumbing is hands-down the best plumbing company I’ve ever worked with! I reached out to them after having a terrible experience with another company (RoboRooter), who came to my house, did virtually nothing, and then tried to sell me on a $2,600 “whole home pipe flush.” Thankfully, I decided to call K-Tech instead — and I am SO glad I did. Their technician Joe came out the very next day and immediately impressed me with his professionalism, patience, and genuine expertise. He didn’t rush or make assumptions. Instead, he took the time to ask thoughtful questions and walk me through his process so we could properly diagnose the issue. We had been dealing with a nasty odor coming from our main-level bathroom sink, and Joe quickly figured out what the previous company couldn’t — that the smell was actually coming from a dry drain under our washing machine that hadn’t had water in it for a while. He explained how dry pipes can allow sewer gases to escape and taught me how to prevent it from happening again. What really stood out was how educational and respectful he was throughout the visit. He didn’t just fix the problem — he helped me understand our home’s plumbing and sewer line system in a way that made total sense. K-Tech Plumbing exceeded every expectation — responsive, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’ll never call another plumbing company again.

What stood out most was their honesty and professionalism. They didn’t try to upsell us, but instead took the time to answer all our questions (even the ones we picked up from Google and YouTube). We ended up installing a whole-house filter with a carbon filter and a water softener. Scheduling was easy, and the installation team was prompt, efficient, and respectful of our home. I had a great experience with them. I needed to have a Bidet installed as quickly as possible. On 6/12 I had called around and the earliest anyone could come is 7 to 10 days out. Then I called them and after explaining my situation, the scheduler was able to get a tech out on the 13th between 1 and 3 pm. Jesse, the Tech was actually earlier and was able to install the Bidet. He also replaced a valve and an old water line to the toilet in less than 30 minutes. K-Tech will be handing all of my plumbing needs in the future. Thank you!! Yesterday, July 28, 2025 I had a pleasure of having Joe come out. He worked on several projects. These included installing two new Bidets and making sure they worked. Also he checked on a toilet leak which the wax ring failed. He replaced it. In the process of diagnosing the toilet he noticed a leak was coming from the shower in the same the bathroom. It turned out it was the cartridge that was close to failing. He replaced that too. He probably saved us at least several thousand dollars in repairs if not caught. If you need any plumbing works, I would highly recommend K-Tech.

K-Tech is an incredible company that is staffed with amazing people! Their pricing beat everyone else in the quotes process, and I am SURE that their quality of work beats out everyone else too. K-Tech helped us address a drain collapse under concrete in our basement, as well as helped add drainage and water lines to a new adjacent bathroom we added. I was dreading having to deal with plumbing companies to get all this done, but working with K-Tech was a pleasure. Through the whole process, they were upfront about pricing, their technicians were professional and respectful, their office/dispatch was communicative, and they did great work on all of it. I would not hesitate to call K-Tech again if we need to in the future!

We are a 60-home community and when we had a water line into one our homes break we called K-Tech Plumbing. They were onsite quickly and were willing to dig by hand to repair the water line in order to avoid excessive damage on the tree roots in the yard. Ironically, while they were working on this first home, a second home's water line across the street broke. I texted Jess and informed him of the break and asked if his crew could fix that line while onsite. The next day while part of his crew was finishing up the first home's repair he started on the second home - and he had both completely done and the yards looking great that day! Great company to work with - went above and beyond for our home owners!

I first experienced K-Tech when I had a claim through my home warranty to replace a septic waste pump in my basement. A terrible job I would not wish on anyone, but their guts were professional and made no complaints. Liking the service I had received I had them bid then perform the drain and supply lines for a basement bath finish and kitchen remodel. The later included an extension of a gas line for a new range. My situation was not straightforward, but once Jamison came out and we talked it through, they came up with a solution that met my needs and was fairly priced. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

I had an outdoor kitchen and fire pit installed, I had a few quotes and they had the best price by far! Dane was amazing they were here on time every step of the way. During the line burial, then he came back out on a last moment call to put a cap extension out that was unplanned and was there within an hour so the contractors didn't have to stop or delay the work. He came back several times as the project progressed so everything went smooth. I am overly shocked at how amazing they were they made every item that dealt with gas painless and came out perfect. Every step of the way they have been amazing I won't use anyone else.

A friend of us recommended us to K-Tech Plumbing to fix our issue with our kitchen and laundry sink! We had a mess in both areas due to the water coming up and not draining! Kevin K. came and spent hours working to find the issue causing the problem! He never gave up until it was completely fixed! We were so happy! He was so helpful and very polite. He did not charged the extras hours he spent working on the problem, he was awesome! We are grateful he was able to find the cause and we learned something new, Oils and fats hardened with time causing blockages in the pipes! Thank you K-tech Plumbing and thank you Kevin!

I walked into my furnace room Sunday night at 7 PM through a puddle of water. I had a small copper pipe leaking. I checked around and someone I know recommended K-Tech. I was able to go online and schedule them for 8 to 10 AM Monday morning. Kevin texted me at 8:06 AM and he was on his way. He was great to work with, at the parts to do the fix quickly, improved it with a shut off valve, and the price was reasonable. He explained his work and showed me the bad piece of pipe. I have another project coming up and I will be calling K-Tech!

We had both of our water heaters fail and start leaking, and K-Tech Plumbing was incredible to work with. Dillon and Joe were super efficient, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. I called in the morning, and they were able to come out the same day. They quickly removed the old units and installed the new ones without any hassle. Everything was handled smoothly and with a high level of care. Really appreciate the quick response and quality work!
