When our home experienced flooding due to burst pipes, we were faced with significant challenges. We engaged the local Servepro team for cleanup services and asked their project manager for a recommendation on a locally trusted independent plumber. Based on his suggestion, we contacted Joe Langton. Placing our trust in this advice proved invaluable during such a difficult time. When Joe and his teammate, Chris L, showed up at our home the very next morning, we instantly felt a sense of relief. Joe wasted no time identifying the sources of the burst and walking us through every step of the process ahead. Throughout the past year, Joe has been instrumental in the rebuilding on the inside of our home, serving as both general contractor and plumber. He also provided guidance and reassurance throughout the process. In his capacity as general contractor, Joe assembled a team of skilled and reliable tradespeople—professionals he had worked with extensively on previous projects as well as those who have contributed to his own residence. This included experts in plaster, painting, tiling, and notably, carpentry team; one carpenter, with over 50 years of experience in custom kitchen cabinetry, delivered exceptional results for our new kitchen. As our plumber, Joe—together with his team members, Chris L, Steve and Chris B—approached every plumbing challenge with remarkable skill, care, and attention to detail. Their work on our new master bathroom was nothing short of outstanding. Joe took the time to listen carefully to our ideas and concerns, offering thoughtful suggestions that made the final result both functional and beautiful. The installation was handled with utmost professionalism, and the craftsmanship is evident in every detail, from the great tilework to the sleek, reliable fixtures. Joe did the gas fitting and along with his team, they also managed our furnace, condenser and water heater installation, ensuring everything was completed safely and efficiently. What truly made the difference for us was the respect and empathy Joe and his team showed throughout the process—they treated our home as if it were their own and always made sure, we were comfortable with each step. Looking back, we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Joe by our side during such a challenging time, and we are deeply grateful for his unwavering support and exceptional workmanship. Had an unexpected issue with a water heater that caused a serious leak. This happened over the weekend, of course. Of all the companies I contacted, JW Langton was the most responsive and helpful. Communication was excellent, they were very responsive to questions, and the water heater was replaced at a fair price. Very happy, would call them again next time for sure.

Cannot say enough good things about these guys. Professional, thoughtful, and incredibly skilled. Have had three separate jobs with them: pipe repair, outdoor faucet replacement, and boiler/water heater replacement. Every job done with care and attention to detail - something I definitely do not take for granted. Boiler install (in picture) is a work of art. Highly recommended :)
