One of the best and smoothest experiences I’ve ever had. My husband and I noticed a bad leak under our kitchen sink last night so I submitted an online request. I missed their initial call first thing in the morning and when I called back they said they could get a tech out today. They gave a time frame and still showed up earlier. John found the problem quick and fixed it. He was nice, knowledgeable and efficient. We were going to renovate our kitchen anyway but he was able to recommend a company they frequently work with. Will definitely be calling J.W. Freeman back out for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you so much!

Recommend this plumbing company! They were super fast, professional, and honest from the beginning. They explained the issue clearly, showed up when they said they would, and didn’t try to upsell us on things we didn’t need. We really appreciated their communication and quality of work. Jw Freeman plumbing was excellent to deal with, They inform you who will be arriving at your home with a photo! Their estimates are free! The 2 men team, which serviced my home were professionals and knew what they were doing! Very knowledgeable! I was very happy for their services However the cost was very high for what they charged! This is my opinion? I am an elderly widow women, and asked if they offered any discount for the elderly, the technician applied the company does not offer sadly? My estimate was $452, but they had to also replace a new stop which my bill totaled over 100.00 more! This was really high for replacing 2 faucets (which I supplied from Amazon) and a stop. I know everything cost more but it still seemed high! Still a very satisfied customer!!!

The person I talked with to schedule appt was very professional and informative so a good feeling right to begin with. David showed up and efficiently fixed the sink leak and replaced water line to the fridge while also being very personable and friendly. Cost was very fair. Appreciated getting the text with his name and picture when he was on the way there. Will definitely use again for any plumbing issue.
