Just had a wonderful experience with Christian from JVS plumbing. Christian was at my home for a water heater installation. He arrived right on time, was respectful of my flooring, making sure he covered everything, and took the old tank with him. He was very personable and finished the job quickly. Pricing was the best offered out of 7 different local plumbers. I would highly recommend JVS for any plumbing needs.

I recently purchased a new home, the appliances, not so new, so I requested a home warranty from the seller. Our 17 yr old hot water heater went out with all the fun stuff, water leaking all over, etc. Dealing with the home warranty co. was exhausting, and said 3-5 days to fix it, plus $1200. Nice. I went on Angi and JVS immediately called to see what was up. Spoke with the tech, explained the issue and I wanted to go tankless, and he told me he would get back to me in 20 minutes. In 15 minutes, a JVS tech was at my fence flagging me down. I showed him the mess, called his supervisor, his exact words were "I am confident about this". I have never heard those words from a tech about anything. The first contact called, sent a quote, it was $1800 more than the cost from the home warranty and their cheap replacement. He told me that they can install it the next day (Saturday). By 8am, the tech was on time, and began working. Done by 3pm, I had hot water. The entire experience at a time of turmoil was breathtaking. Some companies, just want to work to get stuff done, and JVS Plumbing is one that I shall be calling them the next time something goes boom. The overall service was impeccable, the quality of work was well worth every cent. No BS, no hidden fees, just great work and excellent value.
