We called last minute for a plumber and unfortunately they were booked up for the day but said they would Hollar at us if they had any cancelations. Well they did and called me and Koda came out to help us with the problem. He was very informative and helped us with any issue we had! Highly recommend these guys. We really appreciate the last minute house call! Thank you so much! Definitely will use them again!

Called on Tuesday they came out Thursday. Had a clog in our bathroom that we had struggled with for awhile. They were working hard and efficiently. I was amazed how quickly they had my drain flowing again!

I’ve been using Justus for years and for various purposes. After a recent freeze one of my outside faucets started dripping so I stopped by the office and Kate would let me know when I could get worked in and less than a week at the end of the guys work day they came out and fixed the leak in less than an hour. Justus is the only people I will recommend, fair prices and professional people in the office and plumbers.

Faucet replacement went fine. Let them knock holes in my vent screens because I thought they would fix the pipe but they had to reschedule because it was a bigger job than they thought. We waited 2 MONTHS before we gave up after calling several times & being told we were on the list.

I had an emergency situation with water coming under the wall from where the washing machine was located and black dirt and soot coming up in my kitchen sink. I called Justus and Kate told me they were completely booked due to the recent freezing weather and pipes bursting. She said she would let me know if they could squeeze me in. Within a few hours she called back and said she was sending the plumbers. They came and rectified the problem within an hour. Everyone from Justus was kind, caring, professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them. I did call two other local companies who never returned my call.

I had the problem for a while. It would fix itself for a while, then get worse. I was terrified to call a plumber, I knew how expensive they can be. These guys were here and gone. i couldn't believe how quick they had everything working. I shouldn't have waited, I have new faith in the industry!!

The receptionist, Kate, talks over you, does not listen and is rude. We couldn't explain the situation at our house in order to get a plumber to come out. I would not recommend this company as long as she is answering the phone. She argues with you and does not listen to the customer!

Highly recommend Justus plumbing. the guys that came out were punctual (literally to the minute) very knowledgeable and friendly, they got right to work and got it done and cost 1/2 of what I thought I'd be paying for a plumbing service.. so they get 2 thumbs up from me

Kate in the office is wonderful! Kind and got a team sent out quickly. The guys were great got us fixed up in no time and checked on other items I needed done in the future. And to top it if it was very affordable. Justus plumbing is the way to go!

Three workers came to our home...whipped out multiple projects at the same time...was amazed at how quickly they were done...But then, Justus plumbing ALWAYS takes good care of us!

Crew worked efficiently And explained The previous faucet was installed Improperly. Workers were respectful and polite.I would definitely hire them again.
