I used Justin Dorsey again to replace my old cast iron drain lines. Tig, the technician, completed the job the same day, even though it was a really big job. Overall, I was impressed with Justin Dorsey and will be recommending Justin Dorsey to my family and friends!

She is knowledgeable, responsive, thorough, and we trust her judgement and recommendations. Business relationships like that are increasingly difficult to find. We will call back when we need you!

After another plumber came, left and the hot water heater problem returned an hour later but they said they couldn’t get back to us the same day, Justin Dorsey Plumbing saved us and got our hot water back up and running that night! Kevin was great, had everything he needed to get it fixed and explained it all to us as well as what our options could be for new products down the line. When that time comes we’ll definitely be using Justin Dorsey Plumbing again!

This should be a no star! Be aware! Prepare yourself for the morning of starting the project phone call..... Had service guy/ project estimator come out weeks before project was to begin, all was prompt. Service guy/ estimator said I will have you a quote the next day. A few days later after calling office asking for quote I finally get the quote. I called in to approve the quote and schedule the work. Project start day arrives and so does a phone call from service/ estimator. "We are loading up but noticed a problem with our quote we forgot a zero, are you prepared to pay this??". Wow...I was shocked. How do you move forward with a company after that. I was willing to have them continue the project, because my back was against the wall, but I asked the service manager to be fair with me. He called me back a few minutes later and said they could cut a couple hundred bucks. That is the wrong answer! The only answer is to do the job at time and material to keep a person like me who very seldom writes a review, write a review. You have lost a several year customer and I will tell this story the rest of my life.

Troy came over to replace a valve behind my fridge. I originally called to have him look at two valves that were marked as issues by another service company. Troy was honest and straightforward no up charging or scamming which sadly has been an issue for most places I have come to look at or do repairs on issues in my home. He gave me a direct price which was extremely honest and fair and got to work. He didn't take long and did a great job. I will definitely be sticking with Justin Dorsey Plumbing from now on for everyone my home needs. Its a huge relief to finally have someone I can go to for plumbing that isn't going to try to drain me.
