I had to bug them for two years to have the inspection done, they kept blaming Covid for the delay, even though I never even received a call from the city. “I called because I needed serious electrical work. The first thing I asked during the call with Kevin was do you have free estimates. Kevin told me yes. 10 minutes into the call Kevin pulled a bait and switch on me and tried to charge a service fee.. Says alot about the company when you cant be honest with your customers.”
