Excellent overall experience…got a fair price for replacement of three light fixtures. Austin was very prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. Also received estimates for several other jobs. We would definitely recommend this company.

Jay did a fantastic job! He was great with communication, arrived on time, and took the time to walk me through everything that was going on. He’s a really kind person with great energy, which made the whole experience even better. I was dealing with a plumbing issue, and he handled it professionally from start to finish. Got an upgraded electrical panel during Covid era in 2020. Gave them an additional $200 to pull a permit. I had to bug them for two years to have the inspection done, they kept blaming Covid for the delay, even though I never even received a call from the city. The inspector didn't come out until late 2022 and surprise the electrical work failed the inspection. I informed this company about the failure and they needed to come out and fix it, and I never heard back from them. Go with someone else more professional.

I called because I needed serious electrical work. The first thing I asked during the call with Kevin was do you have free estimates. Kevin told me yes. 10 minutes into the call Kevin pulled a bait and switch on me and tried to charge a service fee.. Says alot about the company when you cant be honest with your customers.

I was asked about my “bad review” on return visit. I am amending it from 2-4 stars. I do feel the plumber was personable. He points out that he gave upfront pricing (I was not a party to- it went through my sibling and parent). I stand by my “not willing to work too much on old plumbing, it might break” down star… I have been working on this old plumbing without breakage. He did stand by the work he did- the concerns that came up were: toilet intake leaking- 5 months later. He looked at everything and says “not the toilet, outside hose bib has a (probably freeze) break inside that leaks water when turned on.” And the shower faucet handle that falls off, he assures me never had a screw in it- but he still tried his best to find a screw that would work for it.” We received a new invoice for the next job (not repair from previous job), and may use this company again. I have been assured that in addition to the 4 replaced “bushings”, there was also rebuilding of all “valve stems”- not anything I was aware of at the initial repair- though , I did not receive the invoice- in all fairness. It was pointed out that while other companies may do the work for less, this company shows up in a marked truck and I can speak to their standing by the work. My parent asked about the company used for parts and explained that they used to put in orders for a major “company”… the parent also didn’t understand the plumbing is likely original to the 1975 builder and not the 2002 “flipper”… so, still concerned for the agreement to the pricing, initially, however will speak to the standing by their work and the speaking to the “upfront pricing. I was not the customer who agreed to the work or paid for the work. The company did a good job on the follow up for return service.

Update: Kudos to the owner for reaching out and making things right in a way that I would say is above and beyond. As I told the owner, Austin is terrific. I have no reservations in recommending this company. -------------------- I really wanted to give Just In Time a five-star review, because I genuinely think the issue I ran into was an honest mistake. Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with how they handled that mistake. First, the good: I hired them to install a smart EV charger. They were super friendly, responsive, on-time, and the installation itself was fast and clean. Here's where things went sideways: they told me the job was complete, but the charger's controller--the part that actually makes it "smart"--was still sitting in the box. Without that piece installed, the whole point of the smart charger is lost. The technicians put me on the phone with the boss, who told me installing the rest of the components would be an additional $165. I was awfully annoyed, but I didn't really have any choice at that point. My issue is simple: I was clear from the beginning about the exact charger I needed installed. I showed the estimator the box and confirmed that their quote covered installing and integrating the smart charger. Some people might call this a bait-and-switch, but I don't think that's what happened. I think they either misunderstood the charger when quoting or were just moving too fast. An honest mistake. But the "solution" was to charge me $165 more for something that took them less than fifteen minutes. They had an opportunity to either (A) complete the scope they quoted, or (B) at least try to work with me on the added fee. Instead, I got a shrug and a "take it or leave it."

I highly recommend Just In Time! I had a fuse blow out on my furnace, and therefore had no working A/C. It was 96 degrees out, my house was an oven, and a Friday afternoon, and after calling 6 other electrical companies, I reached out to this one. The dispatcher said that Justin was done for the day, but she would let him know of my dilemma, and see if he could help me out. Side note, I had an unhappy wife and baby with the house being as hot as it was. He called me and said that he also has a baby, and understood how rough my situation was. Justin came straight to our house- even though he was done working for the day. He fixed the issue right away, and also made sure there was no collateral damage. He gave me an upfront estimate, and also a fair price to resolve my issue. This company is growing and I can see why; 5-star customer service, with very fair prices, and great work! Super pleased with the quick response from Just In Time Electrical & Plumbing. I was having a new washer and dryer delivered and installed by another company and they were unable to install due to a corroded valve on the washer hose. After connecting with Just In Time, I was given a window of service for the same day. Jay came out within the window and was extremely polite, communicative, and efficient. He gave me numerous options on what could be done regarding the repair. I really appreciated his patience waiting for me to try to call the other business to determine a reschedule time for installation so I could determine which repair route to take. I highly recommend using Just In Time Electrical & Plumbing and will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

We hired Just in Time for a custom under cabinet lighting installation, plus switching out some other fixtures and our kitchen’s canned lighting. They nailed it! They helped guide me on what products to choose and what features would work well for our newly renovated kitchen. They also recommended dimmable lights and dimmer switches which really helped level up the lighting and overall look. John and John were easy to work with on installation day and were complete professionals. They knew exactly what they were doing with installing the hardwired under cabinet lighting, and replacing the old chandeliers. Now we just need the backsplash to complete the look! We’ll definitely call Just in Time again on our next lighting or electric upgrade project. Thank you!

Jay did an outstanding job on several plumbing projects in our home. He replaced our bathroom and kitchen faucets, installed a new showerhead, swapped out a vanity, and completed a water heater flush. From start to finish, his work was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. Jay arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure each installation was done correctly. The quality of his workmanship was excellent, and he left the work areas clean when he was finished. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about customer satisfaction. Overall the service was fantastic. Cristi diagnosed and fixed a leak from our main shower. I appreciate that he explained everything to me and even showed me pictures with his phone so I could understand what he was seeing. Friends had told me to prepare for an expensive, multi day repair, and huge mess even if it’s something simple, so I was prepared for the worst. But Cristi was able to diagnose and fix the leak, and I do appreciate the care he took in cleaning up after. I hadn’t expected that either. I also feel like the pricing was very fair and the work was warrantied. Absolutely would recommend and we’ll be using Just In Time again in the future.

I haven't actually worked with Just In Time Electrical & Plumbing, but I was incredibly impressed with their service after talking with technician Jay. Not only was he easy to chat with, he was extremely thorough in explaining what was and wasn't typical and his own personal experience with appliances. Usually, when chatting with contractors, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and like they may not totally be listening – but Jay took the time to speak with me regarding my concerns and get a better understanding of what we might need to do in the future. Depending on what we decide for our house, I'd be happy to move forward with Just In Time as a contractor.

Michael showed up to help me figure out some switch wiring issues on my recently purchased house which had me stumped. After exhaustive sleuthing he found the previous owner had miswired a hidden junction box which not only affected my switches in question, but was a potential fire hazard. All this work required him and his partner to stay well beyond the time he had scheduled. I am so grateful for him going the extra mile to solve my electrical issue. Best of all, I feel I was charged a totally reasonable fee for the work that was accomplished. Just In Time will definitely be my first call for any future electrical issues or repairs!

We hired Just In Time to upgrade our electrical panel and had a very positive experience with the company. The electrician, Michael, was our single point of contact throughout, from the initial estimate to the work to the final inspection. He gave us a good idea of what to expect, was easy to work with, and showed up on time the day the work as scheduled. After completing the work in the time estimated, he and his assistant checked all the light switches in the house to make sure all the circuits were working properly and scheduled the final inspection for us. In short, highly professional and open to all of our questions throughout.
