I had the best experience today. My service man was amazing, knowledgeable and pleasant. I am ignorant to anything plumbing and hw made sure he explained the full process. I woke up to no water and after the visit, I have water and a plan of action. He made a hard time easier!!! Thank U

We had a great first experience with Just Better Home Services. We called for an electrical issue in our home and service was prompt (we were also given the option to get a tech out asap for a small additional fee). The company is transparent, up front, and fair with pricing. Our technician, Michael, was awesome. He took time to listen to our issues and explain what he was doing. He was professional and personable and wasted no time fixing our issue. We will definitely be using Just Better Home Services for any future issues and we will be requesting Michael.
Astoundingly blatant rip off. Do not call these guys. Paid $169 for them to come fix issue with well water pressure. They charged that much just to arrive on site. Once here, they said that in order to look at anything “above ground” it would cost $450 to even LOOK at the issue. Never mind any work done to fix it. That seems like a blatant bait and switch. Phone rep said nothing of this additional charge - and left without providing any service - but with just shy of 200 of our dollars. 800 dollars for these dorks to walk in the door and eyeball an issue, versus an hour of labor from another business who promptly came out and fixed the issue without this sketchy and shameful predatory nonsense this company tried. Do not give them your business.
Our sewer ejector pump failed, and Just Better Home Services showed up within an hour of my emergency call. The technician was professional, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue quickly! Fast, reliable, and honest service. Highly recommend!
