The team from Juan and Only was fantastic. They showed up ready to work and stayed focused on solving the issue without drifting into unrelated tasks or unnecessary add-ons. I really appreciated how honest and straightforward they were. There was no pressure to buy services I didn’t need, just solid, professional work done with care. It’s refreshing to find a company that values integrity and efficiency the way they do. I’m genuinely grateful for the help and will absolutely be reaching out to them again the next time I need a plumber. Highly recommended!

Jose & Talmage were excellent. I have spent the last week working with a competing company just to get a quote on a job. Jose & Talmage were able to give me a quote and complete the job in the same day. Both were extremely professional and helpful. I would recommend Juan and only plumber to everyone for any plumbing job.

Jose did a fantastic job replacing our janky 1970s sink with a new model. He was professional, patient, and communicated throughout the entire process. Deanne was also great! She responded quickly to discuss our needs. We will be using Juan and Only Plumber in all future projects!

BEWARE OF SCAMMER!! I had a leak coming from the side of my island kitchen and called out Chris of Juan and only. He was here for about an hour. I told him where I suspected the leak was because I ran a few tests and looked at where the water was coming out of the island. Something Chris didn’t do. I told him what I thought and he told me without looking that the water wouldn’t be where it is if the leak was where I thought, he used big plumbing words and told me he had been doing this 12 years. The only thing they could do is cut off my hot and cold and run them up my attic and down my cabinets into my kitchen. I first need a 1200 test at the city water main to find out how many times they have to run it. But don’t worry the job will be done by Xmas. 1200 for the test and at the low end 6500 for the pipes. He also had another couple of thousands for p-traps. As I was considering my merry Christmas quote I decided to cut my cabinets and look under, guess what I found? My drain pipe (the one I thought) had a leak at the 45 degree angle coupler. These guys are worse than mechanics and almost tricked me out of 10k. But hey it would be financed. Don’t trust these people. Oh and they text you at least 10 times a day, very annoying thieves at that. There is the leak Chris.

Eric Lopez is a professional, he introduced himself showed his badge and gave a business card for confirmation. Eric explained to me the issues and how to solve them told me things step by step. He informed me of the prices before doing any kind of work to make sure I was aware of the price. Now this part surprised me because Eric's price quotes were way much BETTER than a previous plumbing company. The previous plumbing company gave me an estimate of just 1 issue and that estimate was crazy expensive and they said I had to change my whole toilet tank which I really didnt need to do. Eric jus solved my toilet issue with replacing a single part instead of the whole toilet, *(honesty) and was way less expensive than the other expensive plumber. The work all together that Eric from Juan & Only Plumbing was a more affordable price which I greatly appreciated and honest. Eric was very helpful friendly and professional. Reached out to Juan and Only Plumbing for a free estimate to replace a kitchen sink faucet and fill valves for two toilets, and I was honestly impressed from the start. Their response time was extremely quick, which is rare these days. Jose F. and his associate (my apologies I unfortunately forgot his name) were both very courteous, professional, and polite. They took the time to explain everything, provided a fair quote, and based on their professionalism alone, I decided to go ahead and have them complete the repairs. The work was completed smoothly, and the whole experience was stress-free. It’s refreshing to find people who actually show up, communicate well, and treat customers with respect. Would absolutely hire them again for any future plumbing needs. Now… if anyone knows an electrician and siding repair expert who are equally as reliable and professional as the gentlemen from Juan and Only Plumbing, send them my way! 😊

Amazing service!! I have contacted several plumbers that serve my area, but none offered such careful analysis with special attention to areas that are suffering damage that Joshua and his team were able to find an affordable solution to repair! He went above and beyond and even offered suggestions that may be available, In an effort to keep costs as affordable as possible while staying in compliance with code enforced policies. He did an amazing job and took his time, carefully assessing all possible solution, and I am grateful he even informed me of their amazing finance options with minimum monthly payment, which adds a lot of value to the taxable Item that is eligible for Texas home repair rebate program! I am so happy to announce that I can quit shopping around and have made my decision! Save yourself time and hassle and call these guys. They are amazing.!!

I called about a leak I was having an immediately got an answer and appointment set up and got a confirmation text confirming.The morning of I got another text saying the Plumbers were en route. Brian and Luis showed up on time, with a smile, laughing, and already in good mood ready to work. They came in looked at the issues and got a game plan together and told me what they saw and what they were going to do to fix it all while still in a great mood. They completed the job in a fast and timely manner a reassured me I was good to go now and won't have any other issues. I HIGHLY recommend Juan & Only Plumber for any and all leaks, plumbing, and other relation issues! Thanks Juan for being responsive and sending out Brian and Luis they were AMAZING! If I could give out more than 5 stars I would have.

Juan is EXCELLENT!!! I used him as a follow up from another plumbing service that tried to milk me for services that would put me in the poor house. After I contacted Juan for a second opinion, he came out to take a look. He was professional, honest, and excellent in his assessment. He is also fair!!!!! He will be my go-to plumber for all issues in the future!! Extremely satisfied, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, don't waste your time with other plumbers!!! UPDATE!! Had another issue today. Called Juan and his team. They sent Talmedge and Simon who did a FANTASTIC job! This team were so honest showing me what had happened and it would entail to fix it. They were thorough, fair, and SO courteous. Another job well done!!! I will use this company for all my plumbing needs.

The repair involved installation of a new main water line to my house to replace the 70-year-old galvanized pipe that had developed a leak. The crew arrived at the scheduled time and used a mini excavator to dig a new curving trench for the line, which would disturb the roots of the big tree in my front yard as little as possible. Once that was done, they laid the new PEX line, installed a new customer-side shut-off valve to replace the old nonfunctioning one, and a new PRV (did not have one before). Then they smoothed over the soil displaced by digging the trench. Crew chief Jose and his assistant stayed afterwards to ensure all was working properly with the new water line. Entire job took about 3 hours.

Eric was extremely helpful installing a new hybrid heat pump water in my garage. From the outset, Juan & Only was conscious of my budget by allowing me to purchase the water heater on-sale from Home Depot (forfeiting any margin they'd make) while they provided the labor and additional parts. And their labor quote beat the estimates I got from other plumbers for the job. The actual installation was more complicated than expected -- the new water heater just barely fit into the closet after removing some door trim. But Eric and Juan worked tirelessly for hours to finish the install and it's been working perfectly since (2 weeks ago). Thanks Eric and Juan!

Joshua installed a drop in kitchen sink, replaced the shutoff valves under the sink and replace a hose bib for us. He was very pleasant to work with from request the quote, answering questions and providing advice, scheduling the work and getting all of it done. The price was very reasonable. He cleaned up and haul all the debris, took pictures and made sure we are satisfied with the work. Work was done quickly and finished sink looked really nice. Will recommend Joshua and Juan and Only to my family and friends. Thank you very much.

Cannot recommend Juan and Only Plumbing enough. Conner and Robert were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient — they fixed my garbage disposal in literally 5 minutes. What really stood out was that they took the time to show me how to fix it myself in the future if it ever happens again. I booked them and they were at my house within just a few hours, which was such a relief. Great service, great people, and genuinely one of the easiest home repair experiences I’ve had. Will absolutely use them again and highly recommend!

We had a terrible experience with our previous “plumber” and couldn’t get hot water or water pressure and lines were backwards. It was a mess. And then we Jose and Ricky showed up and spent days fixing our problem, sometimes staying well into the evening, even after working tirelessly all day long. They even worked with us on pricing when we needed it which was amazing! They really saved the day for our family and we are very grateful and would highly recommend their expertise and trustworthiness.
