Jake was very nice and listened to my issue on the phone and when he showed up to my house to get a full understanding of what was going on he immediately began to check things out around the house and we found out quickly that it was caused by a tripped circuit breaker that runs the grinder pump (which is supposed to be serviced by Integra Water Company... different story for different time!) and after resetting the C/B in the panel box and getting the pump running so it could clear out the mess and once we got that down below the acceptable level and the alarm cleared, I was able to flush all the toilets and everything seemed to be running as it should! It took all of about 20-30 mins to get everything operating normally and we settled the bill (only $50) and he was on his way! Thanks Jake, for helping me get this resolved quickly and inexpensively to get things restored to normalcy around the house. If I ever have any plumbing issues in the future I now know who I'm gonna call- JTS Plumbing Services LLC!!

Jake did several installations for us of new toilets, faucets, and a new pressure gauge. He even worked in pouring rain to finish the pressure gauge install. All of his work was exemplary- he is a perfectionist, and it shows in his work. This is the second time we hired him, and will definitely use him again. I can’t say enough good things about him and his work.

Jake did a fabulous job of replacing my water heater. He even attempted to clean a mess the leak caused (bleach to small amount of mold). He's skilled and considerate, and his prices are fair. This is the second plumbing service provided by Jake but not the last. Thank you!
