Brandon and Tony did an amazing job, respectful, friendly and they care about their customers. They came to our house 3 days in a row. Got our furnace maintenance done and it is up and running and back to heating our house! I would recommend them and this company!

Brandon was one of the best service professionals I’ve ever worked with. He was exceptionally thorough and explained every step of his inspection. We have some issues with our furnace which he evaluated quickly and efficiently. He was flexible with plans to speak to us when we are available and gave us tons of options to discuss. We live very close to JT but haven’t had the pleasure of using them until now but now we are devoted customers. 10/10

Update: They have cancelled on me twice this week after I’ve taken 8 hours of PTO. I appreciate the updates but they don’t come until after my service window. They could’ve called this morning so I didn’t waste 4 more hours waiting. They might still be great, but not when they keep canceling. Emergencies happen- tell me earlier. Awesome service from Blake and Dylan in getting my AC unit up and running again before the heat of summer!

We deeply regret hiring JT Plumbing. From the start, we were pressured by Justin Mort and Robert Armstrong to make a rushed decision, using fear tactics about tariffs and pricing. We weren't given time to get other opinions. JT Plumbing withdrew the full $21,780 payment from our loan account more than a month before work began. We never signed off on the final work, and our concerns were ignored. We were displaced from our home for 18 nights--JT Plumbing only covered 8. The stress was overwhelming, comparable to the worst moments of our lives. We had to chase them for updates, scheduling, and even basic follow-through. Their excavator sat in our yard for weeks. We had no say in subcontractors, and now we're left repairing our deck, basement stairs, flooring, and more--on our own dime. Final camera footage was delayed and incomplete. A third-party plumber confirmed the line was improperly sloped, forcing us to dig up our yard again to fix their mistake. We're still facing potential costs for tree removal, driveway repairs, and curb damage. We cleaned up after their crew multiple times. If you value peace of mind, transparency, and professionalism--look elsewhere.

It’s never a good day when you have to call a plumber or heating and air company, but when we had to do just that, JT Plumbing, Heating, and Air eased the pain. First, our two year old water heater that they originally installed spring a leak (because of the water pressure, not because anything they did), they sent out Levi and Dustin. Within literal minutes, Levi told us he would replace our water heater in the same day, and they delivered. Unfortunately, our furnace stopped heating the same morning they were scheduled to come out. *seriously*. Levi heard the furnace making noises and called their scheduler and requested their best HVAC guy to come out. Because of an appointment we had (they would have come out same day), Brandon and JT came out and quoted us several different quotes for repairs or replacements. We decided to go with a replacement, which Brandon installed efficiently the next day. While looking at the furnace, JT noticed that our Sump Pump was connected with a rubber fitting that was about to fail. He suggested we call our sump pump company and ask them about options. (*seriously* another issue… but they sent us to a different company, they weren’t milking us…). Surprise, we found out the sump pump company we used has since gone out of business…. I called JT again and asked them to add on the sump pump to their work. They sent out Trey, one of the kindest dudes I’ve talked with, and he talked us through our options with the sump pump… we replaced that as well, and Trey did all that work as he was helping Brandon with the furnace. In three days, over a holiday break, three massive issues came up… *seriously*. And it was terrible. Jenna, their scheduler worked her magic and made it all happen within our a schedule. Levi, Dustin, Brandon, JT, and Trey all worked together to get our water hot, our house warm, and keep our basement water free. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtfully considered our budget and expenses as they presented options, solutions, and did all the work we selected. I will absolutely use them every time I need anything done within their scope of work.

We have used JT Plumbing Heating & Air for all of heating and air conditioning needs for a few years now and have had nothing but excellent experiences every time. They have taken care of our faucets, slow drains, water heater pilot light issues, furnace and air conditioning issues and even had to do a complete plumbing replacement in our home. When you call to schedule an appointment you get greeted by a nice, caring, real person who does their best to schedule a technician asap. When they give you a time and date you can be confident that you won't be kept waiting. They respect your time enough to let you know if they are ahead of or behind schedule. Every technician we have encountered have been really enjoyable to deal with. They are so personable and respectful of your property it feels like you've known them for years. They are very thorough when investigating the problem and talk you through things as they go. Once they know what the issue is they take a considerable amount of time explaining the problem, solution, options you have as well as any possible prevention there may be. You can tell that they know what they are doing and that they enjoy doing it. This visit, Levi came out to do a routine servicing on our furnace, a/c and water heater. He does a phenomenal job. He has been out to our place before and never disappoints. He is so helpful and genuinely cares. I love that he asks if there is anything else going on in the house that we might have concerns about. It is comforting to know that you can ask those odd ball questions about things and get their professional opinion without feeling like you're putting them out. They take their time so you aren't left feeling like you've been "left in the dark" and also make you aware of any upcoming issues. Very helpful when it comes to saving for future any replacements or high dollar issues. JT Plumbing Heating & Air is the only way to go for professional, fast and affordable service! What a great experience it was to have my plumbing problems fixed efficiently, quickly & by a person, Tray, who knew what to do! Now, I have a new, water saving toilet that replaced the one causing so many problems. Tray, also, took care of the knocking sound in the pipes throughout the whole house, & I am so happy with the work that he did. I would highly recommend JT Plumbing Company to anyone needing repair work with plumbing, heating or any of the other services they provide, to anyone needing work of this kind. Their repair person was polite, knowledgeable, prompt, efficient & he finished the work by cleaning up afterward, as well! Thank you, again, for helping me with the plumbing problems I was having! I was a little unsure with the lower ratings of previous years, but this was the company recommended by my home warranty company, so I gave them a call. I can say that I am 100% satisfied with the service from JT Plumbing and Heating. Each technician has been professional, courteous and on time. They have kept me up to date on arrival times and follow up with appointment reminders. I had them replace a sump pump and they have some HVAC system inspections for me as well. They explained what needed to be done and what they did clearly. Based upon my own experience, I can highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. The receptionist was so helpful and sweet. The two guys who came out were honest and fixed our issues for now. We have some roots in our lines and they immediately sent me quotes for the fixes that need to be done. Overall very happy with this company and we will be using them again as well as referring them out to all of my Real Estate clients and friends. Thank you all for providing such great service.

Trey was my technician and was a great guy! He worked diligently to find solutions to our problem and was very thorough both in explaining the issues and solution options. I appreciated his attention to detail in his work. As well, he walked me through the finished product, explaining each task and why he made the choices he did. I trust this company to treat me fairly, send proficient technicians, and stand by their work.

Their tech did my simple job well, and did it the same day I called. There was a bit of attempted upsell, which I was quick to reject (I hate attempts to upsell). But this $300 job (one I could have done myself if I’d have sourced the simple valve they replaced) cost me over $425, which I found very pricey. Two stars off for the cost and attempts at upselling. Three for work done well the same day.

Trey was on time and had several repair options for my wife and I to choose from. He went above and beyond to listen to my suggestions for routing the gas lines. Our water heater broke Saturday and they came first thing Monday morning to get us up and running again. We will be using JT’s services again in the future and recommend them to our family and friends. Thanks gang!

Please read their Google Reviews. They price gouge terribly and if you dont know better they can completely rip you off. Total disappointment. They tried to charge me over $700 for a flex hose for a gas stove. That is a 181% increase in standard retail. I denied their services. With and overall quote of over $900. Ridiculous amd a cheat.

Trey did an excellent job installing a basement utility sink with a clay trap for my ceramics studio. We had expected some of the water lines to be obtrusive and we were pleasantly surprised when they were hidden! He was extremely polite and professional and we would not hesitate to have Trey work on our home again!
