I can’t say enough good things about Pedro. He first came out the day before a major snowstorm when we were dealing with a frozen pipe. He was on time, professional, and incredibly pleasant. Not only did he find the frozen pipe, but he also discovered another pipe that had completely separated and was pouring water; something that could have turned into a much bigger problem. At the time, my family was already going through a really rough week, and Pedro was understanding, reasonable, and genuinely kind. He even recommended us to the water mitigation folks we used. You could tell he truly cared about helping us, not just “doing a job.” Just a few days later, we had another issue when our basement started taking on water due to a blockage in our sewer drain. Once again, Pedro showed up with honesty and integrity. He remembered what we had just gone through, gave us his honest professional opinion, and came with a willing heart to help however he could. In a time when it feels like that level of care and integrity is missing, especially when it comes to people working on your home, Pedro has been a breath of fresh air. He cares about his customers, and that means everything to me. I can say without hesitation that anytime we have plumbing issues, Pedro will be the first person I call, and I will 110% recommend him to anyone I care about.

Our family couldn’t recommend Pedro and his team from JP Plumbing and Heating enough. They were the only team, after many who were able to diagnose a plumbing issue that caused water to go into our garage. They were informative, professional and helped to fix the problem quickly. We have since used them on a number of occasions including helping to repair and install a shower and new vanity in our bathroom.

Pedro was the best! Our shower handle broke off and water was leaking everywhere. He was kind enough to come after hours to help shut the water off to that shower and the next day he had all the parts ready and was able to repair our shower handle/water leak for a reasonable price and in a short amount of time. He was also incredibly polite the whole time. He will definitely be our go to if we ever experience any problems in the future!

Pedro has excellent communication. He came out same day for an urgent request and went far above and beyond what he came to do. He was excellent and very honest and even assisted me with things that I could potentially do myself. Do not think twice, you’re hiring the right person! He’s not just a plumber he acted like a consultant!
