6 weeks ago I requested a bid on a tankless water heater. No water heater NO proposal NO contact from Pink.4 of my neighbors were waiting to see final product, with anticipation on having same installed in their home. ALL 4 have now gone and received bids from other suppliers or have had it installed by other firms. I requested a bid on replacing my master bathroom . Promised a quick proposal. Now 8 weeks later, still no proposal. I have no idea why the Pink Co ignores me. I find it very disappointing . It must be nice to have so much business that you can ignore 5 potential customers. our water heater started leaking, so i called the manufacturer and they said it was still under warranty. they gave me a plumbing contractor to call, but that company wasn’t taking new customers. when i asked for other suggestions, they recommended another plumbing service in brighton. i called and explained the problem, and the person i spoke with was very helpful and understanding. even though it was just after noon, she said she’d try to get someone out as soon as possible, but it might be a little later in the day. she called me back in about 30 minutes and said a plumber would be at my house within the hour. hunter showed up on time, took a look, and said the water heater was done for. what really impressed me was that hunter had already grabbed a new water heater on his way over, since he’s seen this issue before with this brand. about 90 minutes later, the new water heater was installed and the old one was taken away. great service, super fast response, and really friendly staff. i’ll definitely call them again if i need a plumber in brighton!
