I have dealt with Jordan and sons on two separate occasions. Now both times they sent Josh to my home who was quick and thorough at determining why my water bill was so high and giving me a reasonable quote to make the repair needed. I am extremely satisfied with Jordan. and sons as a whole and Josh as a tech if I ever need a plumber again, Jordan. and sons will be who I call.
We were out of town for two weeks, got home to both toilets upstairs terribly clogged. We called Jordan and Sons to see when they could come out. We got a callback minutes after leaving a voice mail. They were here within the hour. They had to lift one of the toilets to get water flowing again. Water went everywhere but they were able to fix it and they cleaned the entire mess up. They were so friendly and informative what they had to do. Chase and Brennan (I think was his name) did an amazing job! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work done!!!

I called Friday afternoon with a stopped up kitchen sink. Three other firms that advertise 24 hr service couldn't come until Saturday between 8 am and 7 pm. - nice window. Jordan said they could get someone there that day. They called back and told me when and kept me updated on ETA. He came, fixed it quickly and charged a very reasonable amount. I'll probably switch to them for all plumbing needs.
I just had a repair done on my hot water heater. The service technician was Dawson, who was very professional, polite, and knowledgable. He took his time to evaluate the issue, make the repair, and answer any questions that I had. If I ever have any type of plumbing issue, I would gladly request that he be the technician to handle it.
