Mr. Uncle James is just a great guy. Very knowledgeable, very honest and straightforward about what's going on. And one of the best parts even though you know you're going to pay a Big Bill somehow he always makes it feel like it's nothing. And Jones and Sons Plumbing as a whole is just amazing they've helped out quite a bit. Ever need any kind of Plumbing from something small to something large they will help out.

Jones & Sons always does a great job. I called them yesterday to snake a drain and "Uncle James" arrived at 8am today. Uncle James was fast, clean, and professional. He explained everything and the situation was quickly resolved.

I had the pleasure of working with Michelle and Will from Jones & Sons. I called the company because I wanted a second estimate. My parents referred me to them because they were happy with their work and service, as well. Michelle got me an appointment within 24 hours (Thankfully, since I had two bad leaks). She was very polite and courteous. Will arrived at 9 am (8-10 window). He diagnosed my issues very quickly and proposed two solutions. While the Jones & Sons estimate was higher than the estimate from a larger company by several hundred dollars (the only negative), I felt confident in Will and how he wanted to approach the issues. I chose Jones over a major market competitor who came in with a better price because of the technician-- quality service and trust always wins! He did a quality job and I would ask for him again if, and when, I need a plumber.

This person "Jimmy" promised that he would come out and fix my leaking system and NEVER came out. After three weeks of him saying he had emergency jobs he finally set a time to come out. He "assessed" the job and said that he would take a credit card. When the day came for him to do the job he said the "credit card" machine was down and that he needed cash. Then after speaking to him about the disappointing service, he hung up on me. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS business.

Do not call these people. I wish I hadn't. They sent a tech for a clogged toilet. He was here maybe 15 minutes, ran a power auger, and charged $337. A day later, the toilet was backing up again. Today they sent another tech. He looked at it for a few minutes and gave me two options: an "acid flush" for $350+** , or a new toilet for **$965 —and they were kind enough to apply the original $337 toward that. So $1,300 total for a job that didn't work the first time. I'm not sure if their business model is "fix it once and hope it holds" or "just keep charging until the customer gives up," but either way, it's a rip-off. The tech was nice enough, but the pricing is ridiculous for work that didn't even last 24 hours. Save yourself the headache. Call someone else. Anyone else.

Service was quick…. I own a service company and wish I could charge what they do..Needed a drain unplugged. They gave me a quote that I agreed to!! Still haven’t gotten the sit out of my rear end. Charged me 650.00. Wasn’t at my home not even a hour. I understand drive time but got a lesson ! I could have went and bought a power snake !! Profit isn’t a dirty word but price gouging is wrong!! Learned my lesson. I am an electrician and by know means do I charge 300.00. A hour. Guess Florida just takes advantage of the people. Just sad. Was I happy with the work..Yes but they our just taking advantage of people. I know what it takes to run a business but to be at a job site and in the area!! 650.00 for a hours work… The should be ashamed…Price gouging!!!.

Jimmy came out within 2 hours of my call after I had spent the entire previous day working with 2 other providers. The first plumber stated that my hot water heater issue (HWH) was an electrical issue at the breaker box ($109 service call). Second provider (electrician) stated that the circuit breaker was fine and that I needed a new water heater @ $1100 which he could have his firm install the next day. I called Brookway Plumbing who had installed the unit 6 years prior and Jimmy said he could either repair the unit for a flat rate or install a new unit for approximately $200 less than the quote I got. I had the unit repaired and was extremely happy with his professional manner and honest evaluation of my issue. HIGHLY Recommended!

I would like to highly recommend Jones and Sons Plumbing. I was in a state of panic when my shower wouldn’t turn off, and Will P. was able to get to my home within an hour of calling them for help. He was so professional, explaining everything he was doing, and showing me where the shut-off was for the house in case of another plumbing incident in the future. The work done was fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with Jones and Sons. I will definitely be calling them for future services, and asking for Will specifically. Great guy, great company!! Five stars.

I noticed my garbage disposal was leaking at 6pm on a Wednesday night, called and got an appointment scheduled for the very next day. The person on the phone was very pleasant and the next day even called to let me know that the technician was on their way. When the technician, Ronny, got to my house, he quickly identified the issue and I had a new garbage disposal in less than a hour. Overall very easy process from start to finish!

Needed to have a kitchen sink faucet and hot water shut off valve replaced. Had excellent customer service when I called. Set appt in 2 day. Ronnie was our technician. He was awesome! Came in assessed what needed to be done and told us the cost. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job, cleaned up and left us with a beautiful working faucet! Gave us a calendar, couple of business cards and pens! Great Experience!👍

We had excellent service with Jones and Sons Plumbing! After moving in to a condominium, Uncle James not only fixed our plumbing issues but also walked around the house with my husband to explain water related household issues. He was extremely thorough and quite humorous . We were beyond impressed and grateful for his help. Thank you, Uncle James! When you call for an appointment, make sure to ask for him.

I called Jones & Son’s Plumbing early this morning because my sink was clogged. They came and left before noon and we are clog free. Justin was so friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t lie when he said clogs were his specialty. Price was great and I know the clog will never come back. Thanks Jennifer Jimenez for sending Justin out so quick. You were so nice and communicated with me by text all along the way.

We were having our plumbing system inspected to determine if we needed to replace anything. That's when we discovered that the supply lines had sprung a few leaks. We were able to schedule service right away. Ron and Dave worked efficiently and cleaned after they were done. This was a complete replacement of supply and drain lines that took 5 days, but now we know we are set for a long time.

James and Justin communicated with me throughout the entire job explaining the issues with what was in place and the benefits of their solutions; answered my multiple questions promptly checking to make sure I understood; supported me on accessing my account on line and most importantly, did high quality work in which I have full confidence. Thank you gentlemen for the most excellent work

Ronny came out to my home to repair my leaking toilet at the base. He was very friendly, efficient, and educated me on the different types of wax rings and about not caulking around the base of the toilet. He even got me the best deal for the job and saved me some money. Thank you Ronny for the tips! I will definitely use Jones and Sons for my plumbing needs.
