He "assessed" the job and said that he would take a credit card. When the day came for him to do the job he said the "credit card" machine was down and that he needed cash. “Do not call these people. I wish I hadn't. They sent a tech for a clogged toilet. He was here maybe 15 minutes, ran a power auger, and charged $337. A day later, the toilet was backing up again. Today they sent another tech. He looked at it for a few minutes and gave me two options: an "acid flush" for $350+** , or a new toilet for **$965 —and they were kind enough to apply the original $337 toward that. So $1,300 …”
