They were well versed in answering my questions about the water heater and scheduling the appointment was quick and simple. cory was my installer, and he arrived right on time, explained the install process clearly, and answered all of my product and plumbing questions in a way that was easy to understand. He installed my new water heater efficiently, hauled away the old unit, checked the connections carefully, and made sure the new setup was up to code and working properly. He also gave helpful info about maintenance, water pressure, and what to watch for over time. roman and the team clearly value good service, and it showed in the quality of the work. ezekiel was also very professional during the scheduling process. I've called on Jones Family Plumbing & HVAC a couple of times lately here in Castle Rock, and both experiences were excellent. The first job was to swap out an outdoor faucet, and the second was for an indoor faucet replacement. cory was my plumber both times—he showed up right when he said he would, was very careful with his work, and explained everything in simple terms. The attention to detail really stood out. It was also great that whenever I called, someone answered right away and got me scheduled fast. The follow-up messages kept me in the loop, which i appreciated a lot. I was in a hurry both times, so I didn’t check prices elsewhere, but with the level of service and quality I got, i feel it was worth it. Later on, after a freeze caused some winter damage to my outdoor hose bib, i needed emergency plumbing help on a weekend. roman came out super fast, explained each step of the repair, and finished the job quickly and neatly. He even shared advice on protecting my faucet during cold Colorado winters. It’s a big relief knowing i can reach someone right away in a plumbing emergency, and they’ll pass on info to the plumbers in the field. I’ll definitely call again if i need help.

i called a local plumber in a panic when the drains at my parents' house started backing up while they were away. right away, the person on the phone made me feel calm and explained the steps i needed to take. they asked good questions to make sure they sent the plumbing crew at the right time. they also gave me an honest estimate on how long it would take for someone to get here, since the plumbers were finishing another job. i ended up calling about three times in twenty minutes because i had more questions, and every time, i got helpful advice and clear instructions that really made things easier. before the plumbers arrived (roman & partner), i got a text letting me know they were on their way, along with a photo of roman and some info about his plumbing experience. once roman and his partner got here, they had a plan ready in less than five minutes. they told me i could either watch them work or just relax upstairs. i decided to go upstairs. after they finished, they came up to explain everything they did and told me they flushed the toilets and ran the sink to make sure everything was working right. i am so thankful for their great work and friendly service! i won't use any other plumber from now on!
