I would like to give Joseph Guajardo kudos for providing great customer service on the plumbing inspection/maintenance of my home. He was very thorough and very informative with each inspection. His detail explanation was very educational for future plumbing issues for me to consider.

Was told by another plumber I may have a collapsed cast iron pipe after having my foundation raised. Troy came out to give me an estimate to replace the cast iron pipes. He took the time to diagnose the problem and was able to determine that the line was just clogged and was intact. He was able to clear the line and gave me clear next steps to take. Really appreciate him taking the time and letting me know I may not have to replace things yet, need to pressure test the system first. No high pressure sales pitch just honest feedback- thank you

He quickly diagnosed and remedied an issue with our reverse osmosis system that had been frustrating us for some time. My Jon Wayne water sensor worked to perfection. I was alerted to water leak before any catastrophic damage was caused. Jon Wayne sent plumber out within 1 hour to diagnose and order replacement water heater. Thanks to the whole Saturday team! Follow up-Post completion: I can’t give 5 stars due to: A) Residue left in tub after draining water heater. The team that does yearly maintenance doesn’t leave this for me to clean. B) Cover for bottom of heater not installed, netting at bottom of heater not installed , and leak sensor was placed on its side instead of correctly .
