Jolly has done a great job with every service we have needed. We recently had a pipe crack under our house causing water to seep up into our basement and Jolly was able to get somebody out to us right way that same day. Tyler, Blake and Gavin did a tremendous job with the re-pipe of our basement and installation of a new water heater. Tyler was great at breaking down the process of repairs while talking us through our options. The prices were very reasonable for the amount of work that was done and they had great financing options available. The company does a very thorough job following up on any questions one may have after the job is done. The Jolly membership plan is also great because it comes with a 10% discount on repairs as well as numerous other perks. Overall we have been very satisfied with the prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service we have received from this company. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Jolly Plumbing/Drains/Heating/Air when our furnace went out overnight. They were able to get a technician to our house first thing in the morning, which we really appreciated. Jeremy & Miguel were both professional and courteous. Jeremy was especially friendly and very knowledgeable - he clearly explained what was going on and what needed to be done. They fixed and cleaned the furnace efficiently and had us warm again in no time. Excellent service all around. Highly recommend Jolly!

Where do I begin? From the first consultation with Tony, we knew we would go with Jolly for our tankless water heater install. Tony was very respectful and thorough in explaining everything to us on the options we had, along with any questions. Tony was prompt in his communication and performed excellent work. His attention to detail while installing the new water heater really showed and you can tell that he takes pride in his work. Tony went above and beyond for us and I would recommend him to anyone. Jolly Plumbing installed a sewer liner in my house in January, 2026. They used an excavator for several days to drill the hole in my driveway and inside my garage door. I would recommend that you NOT allow them to leave the excavator on your property when not in use. The bottom of my driveway slants downward towards the house. The driveway had some small cracks in it in the area where they were working and they are much larger now. I was told that someone should’ve told me that that could possibly happen. But Jolly Plumbing isn’t responsible for that. The area in the concrete that they drilled was left open only covered with dirt for several months. I was told that it was due to weather. Unfortunately, when you leave the ground open and exposed to the elements, such as snow and rain, it can cause the ground underneath the concrete to expand which damaged my driveway. Both Jolly Plumbing and I have before and after pictures of my driveway. But Jolly Plumbing isn’t responsible for that. I would like to know how many other concrete jobs were completed before Jolly Plumbing came back to pour my concrete and finish my job. For me, it’s the questions that I didn’t know to ask, but should have been told by the professionals, Jolly Plumbing that ended up costing me the customer more. A driveway repair.

Update (since i am not tech savvy enough to figure out how to write a brand new review...) Nathan came to my home on 5/22 for an annual AC service. I was the last appointment standing between him and a holiday weekend. Also, it was pouring rain outside. Despite these factors, he took the time to clean the dirty coils on my outside AC equipment. He was beyond friendly and the absolute picture of professionalism! Rico came to my house to do my annual furnace check. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. He showed me a specific thing that he noticed that I could take care of today and he was very transparent about the pricing and there was absolutely no pressure to take care of it on the spot. But once I agreed, he got right to work and finished it within minutes. I would be more than happy to have him at my home again! Everyone that has been at my home from Jolly has been top notch

We scheduled an appointment for Jolly Heating & Air to come out and give us an estimate on repairing our heat pump. We thought it just needed to be recharged but we were not sure. I would like to say that their customer service is Excellent. We got text messages and phone calls making sure everything was going well. The technician that they sent: "Jeremy" was wonderful and very honest and reassuring. He arrived and diagnosed the problem within minutes and gave us an estimate for leak detection and coolant recharge. Jolly Plumbing is our go-to company now. Good customer service and experienced, friendly technicians and reasonable prices is unfortunately hard to find these days. We will be holding on to this company for any future needs. Tyler did an outstanding job installing our new sink. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The installation was done perfectly — everything looks great, works flawlessly, and was completed much faster than expected. What really stood out was his attention to detail and how clean he left the workspace afterward. He took the time to answer questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Jolly Plumbing company was professional from day one. They came out and did a fair inspection, provided the price options, and followed up promptly. When I said I had another company who could do it sooner they came back with a competitive offer to get it done the next day. Each and every different worker who came out was polite and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. They kept me informed in terms I could understand of everything they were doing. I would recommend them to any homeowner or business, who has a major plumbing job like we did. In my case, we ended up with a whole system.

I had Nathan Shrader come to my house yesterday to fix my AC unit that was not working. He was efficient, kind and professional. He got it working in no time and cleaned up my unit as well! He checked in later to make sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with the service. I really appreciated the help of Jolly. We just bought a house a couple weeks ago and had Nathan come out to inspect our HVAC system. He was able to show me the ins and outs of my system and how to properly maintain the things I needed to maintain. He was on time and a great communicator. Thanks for the help Nathan We had other plumbing work done after we discovered a leak from our laundry room pipe last week from Clay and he did a great job. All in all I’m happy with their work, communication and overall company. So happy I got a monthly membership with them.

They were very courteous, punctual professional. I can’t say enough good about them if I had anything wrong with drains ,electrical or heating air conditioning any of this that would go wrong.
