Johnson's Plumbing will always be my first choice. They have helped me with sewer issues, plumbing issues, frozen busted pipes. They are always professional, reliable and reasonable on their prices. I would rather wait for them to come out than to use someone else.
Johnson's Plumbing is absolutely fantastic! We had a few plumbing issues...rusted / bad toilet flange, clogged shower drain, and an issue with our shower head. They came out within a few hours of calling. Brandon and Chris were awesome!!! Fast, professional, and locally owned. Highly recommend!
Called them at 4pm, came out at 1 pm next day, Brandon did an excellent job getting our drain cleared out, only took 45 minutes or so to take care of it. Very professional, made sure everything was flowing as it should. Cleaned up after himself, and disposed of the mess. Definitely will be using them again if needed.
They actually did a great job of coming out and doing the job. They were even quick about it. But, they left dried facial matter and toilet paper by the back door and sidewalk outside our business. We asked them to come hose it off, because we didn’t have one, and they said they would come back. They never did. I called 3 days later and was told they would come that day, but they didn’t. I called the next day to talk to the owner (surely it was one of the workers that left excrement and tissue by our back door and was not coming to clean it). He had the receptionist call me back to tell me the realtor company would have to be the one to call them. I’m just disappointed at the unprofessionalism.
I am very satisfied with Johnson's Plumbing customer service and their technicians (Brandon and Colten). They were very professional, and Brandon was highly knowledgeable of what was needed to get the job done!!! I will recommend Johnson's Plumbing to anyone that needs any plumbing service completed.
