Just had the BEST experience with John the Plumber. My technician, Tony, was incredible. I had to get a sink from the 1970’s replaced and not only was it done with ease, but Tony took the time to explain what was happening and how to keep everything in the best condition possible. Best plumbing experience ever!
Shane was incredible!! He went above and beyond to address the issue and explain everything. Highly recommend.
We highly recommend John the Plumber. We have had two hot water heaters installed by their team, and both experiences were excellent. Shane was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire process. He was very thorough in diagnosing the issues and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done, as well as recommendations to improve the overall system. The installation was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. We appreciated his honest communication and commitment to making sure everything was done right. We would not hesitate to use John the Plumber again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.
A smooth and excellent service from beginning to end. Tony, the plumber came out on time and explained everything that was to be done after he gave me an estimate. The work was done with quality and he cleaned up afterwards. He recommended that I do not install a low quality garbage disposal I bought at Home Depot but instead, keep the higher quality one I have.
Kyle and Chris were efficient, respectful, they mopped up my floors after the job was done, and they were extremely friendly and kind!
