Dan McConnell came by to help with a sink that had been backed up for months, and he did an incredible job. He was great to talk to, thorough, and genuinely helpful throughout the visit. He also took the time to walk me through what might have been causing the issue, how to help prevent it going forward, and how to spot signs that it could be a larger building-related problem, which was especially helpful since I live in a condominium. Out of all the plumbers I looked into, John's Sewer & Drain Cleaning had the best pricing, and they absolutely backed it up with outstanding service. I’d recommend them to anyone dealing with plumbing issues.

Everything in this company is of uncommonly high quality. I called them and they answered immediately. I asked: when could I have someone come over? And they asked: when do you want someone to come? I said: tomorrow afternoon? And they said: sure, from 1 to 3. He will call before arriving. Paul called at 12:55 and arrived 5 minutes later! He was very fast and very efficient. He found the place in the basement (that no plumber before him even tried to find) to get a direct access to where our pipe exits our house, and he cleaned the pipe from roots using different cables, first a regular one and then one with something like a chainsaw at the end - for the dense tangles of roots. At some point he called for assistance and another guy arrived in no time. Paul showed me the view inside the pipe at every stage of work (using the camera inside the cable). The final view - a pipe clear of roots and with water streaming through it uninterrupted, was really beautiful. When I mentioned that I will write a review of his visit on Google, Paul responded: don't forget to mention my assistant, Carlos Ferrena. What a great company!

Amazing service! We had a major issue with the main drain. I called late yesterday afternoon and was able to schedule a visit the next morning. Dennis called as he was on his way today, on time. He fixed the complicated problem and we are thrilled. He was professional and a really nice person. And the price was very fair. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The name to know when your drains don’t flow — and they just proved it again. I could tell we were heading toward a full-blown main sewer line disaster at one of our rental properties, so I called John’s Sewer & Drain first thing Saturday morning hoping for help before things got… unpleasant. Within about 2½ hours, their tech Paul Kelly was already on site and ready for battle. Paul was awesome — super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly someone who takes pride in doing the job right. He walked through the issue, explained everything, and handled the whole situation like a pro from start to finish. He even made sure everything was well cleaned up before he left (which, given the nature of sewer work, deserves an extra five stars on its own). As someone who manages rental properties, having a company that shows up quickly and sends technicians like Paul is priceless. I’ve used John’s Sewer & Drain before and never had a bad experience, but this one was next level. It was a great reminder of why they truly are the name to know when your drains don’t flow. If your pipes are plotting against you… call John’s.

We used a reputable plumber for a stop up in basement. A neighbor then suggested another drain specialist who suggested John’s Drain because “while they were competition, they had the best equipment for what we needed and really excellent” John’s sent out David who was just fantastic- very informative, professional and the most knowledgeable specialist we had worked with thus far. Plus he was just kind, We would highly recommend John’s Drain service. Great service, expertise and pleasant kind employees!
