We had a major outside water line repair in the Alabama heat this June, and the service was outstanding. The crew arrived promptly, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. The price was fair, with no surprises, and the quality of the work was excellent. It's refreshing to find a company that combines honesty, professionalism, and great customer service. JJ and Donnie (sorry if spelled incorrectly) came out today to fix pump and float and their service was phenomenal!! They were efficient in their timing to come out and assess the job. They were upfront and honest with what needed to be addressed. And above all they showed a degree of friendliness and professionalism that goes beyond what I have experienced before! I highly recommend this plumbing service and those guys deserve a big pat on the back for their exceptional service!!!!

John's Plumbing was recommended by someone who used them twice and was very satisfied. With that, I called and scheduled an estimate for the next morning: 1st call-out to arrive between 8 am & 9 am, and a 30-minute call before arrival. I changed my work schedule in order to be there when the technician arrived. At 8:40 am, I had not received a call or a visit. I then called them at 8:50 am and was told, "He just called to say he wasn't coming to work today." It is very hard to believe that he called off at 8:45 am if work starts at 8:00 am, but I digress. No one called me to cancel the visit. Allison was very nonchalant and unconcerned about it, then told me that someone else was taking on his job and could come later. When would I be informed of the reschedule if I had not called? This all seemed VERY unprofessional.

Whoever was driving Van #3 on 20/65 today around 3:30, cutting people off. no blinkers. almost hit us twice. SLOW DOWN. You are risking lives driving like that! we are going 80 and the van is still walking away!
