We called on a Saturday for a broken toilet and John’s plumbing was there within a few hours and did a great job. Then, two days later, our hot water heater failed and began leaking all over the floor. We called John’s again and they came right out within an hour and in just a couple of hours we had a brand new hot water heater installed.
