Jason & Colton explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Mr Hernz has went above and beyond not once, not twice, but three different times. We had a hot water issue after purchasing property and with no questions asked him and his staff replaced it on THANKSGIVING DAY. I was needing a water heater replaced and a friend recommended John Hearn Plumbing. Glad they did!! From the friendly dispatcher Taylor to Jason and Colton doing a quality professional install, I am very pleased. Great customer service!! Pride in workmanship is rare these days but Jason and Colton display that. Thanks for your attention to detail.
I would not recommend this company. I had my hot water tank looked at and was told that the part couldn’t be found and that I’d need a whole new tank running anywhere from $1400-$2400. I called Rheem and found out that it’s a $60 part, bought two from the website they suggested and trust. I will be doing it myself this weekend. I think in this day and age, honesty and doing right by people should still count for something. But they seem good with ripping folks off. Especially with replacing a cheap $60 part and an hour of labor wouldn’t make them as much money as a whole new unit. I’m out a service call fee of $200 after that. Do yourself a favor, call around before having them come out.
I called John Hearn Plumbing and they came out the same day. Great communication by their team. Their staff are very professional. Jason and Rob did a great job going above and beyond on my water heater to save it and get me back up and running quickly. I plan to do some plumbing upgrades and without a doubt, I'll be calling John Hearn Plumbing for my future project.
