Plumbing issues can be really nerve-wracking and feel overwhelming, so my husband, father and I are all grateful for John. He is a reliable plumber who puts a lot of attention and care into each job. He has done water heater installations, basement sink installation and pipe repairs for all of us, as well as helping us with backed up drains — he has exceeded my expectations every time. He is prompt, professional and you know you’re getting an honest assessment with a fair price.

First I have to give a great thank you to John Degrace and his very experienced employees. Over the winter when we had that extremely cold week in February, my outdoor faucet busted. I called John Degrace (I'll reference them as JD for short from here on.) Explained the situation and they showed up the same the same day. Turns out the outdoor faucet had busted from the extreme cold. So the technician said it wasn't extreme nor did he try to push to have it done right then and there. A few days later Mr JD gave me a call with an option to have a ticket done and set aside for when I was ready to have it done. (Very helpful flexibility!!!) So the day came to have the service done. A technician named Nick arrived early. Very professional guy. Did an excellent job!! Cleaned up any mess that he made and explained everything that he did. John DeGrace is my first and only call for any plumbing needs. We've been clients for several years now and have called on him for toilet repairs; faucet, prv, and water heater installations; pipe cleaning; and general plumbing questions and troubleshooting. Excellent service. John was clear and forward with providing a quote. His Tech Anthony came out and did an amazing job with care to replace our hot water tank. These days care is rare in the service industry. Glad to have used John And his team.
