Recently we had to have lead lines changed in my MIL historical home in Kenosha. We had gotten two quotes, being of equal value. The reason we decided to go with John Connors was John's professionalism. John arrived at exactly the set time. He spoke with my Husband on how He would go about re routing the lines that were well over 100 years old. He took his time and explained the entire process thoroughly. Johns receptionist stayed in contact with us and was kind when we called with questions that arose. John's team of men were kind and thoughtful as they carried out the very intense work of drilling through 18 " cement foundation block in the basement. After they finished the lead lines, John fixed a sink faucet and a slop sink faucet at a very fair and reasonable price. A previous quote that we had from another plumber, quoted those jobs out at three times the amount that John charged. The jobs were all completed on time and budget. Fast forward, a couple of days later, we found a spigot leaking outside of the house (it had nothing to do with John's previous work), so since we appreciated his professionalism, we called John and asked what would be the soonest He could come and fix it for us. We sent a couple of pictures, and John showed up, 30 minutes later with materials in hand. We have decided that John and His crew will be our forever plumbers now!! After dealing with many different plumbers through the years, we are very thankful that Kenosha had John on their list as a lead line professional. We never would have met John and His great crew, without Kenosha providing that list of potential plumbers.

I have a tankless water heater that needed maintenance. I used John in the past and I stand by my word when I say that I would recommend him for plumbing needs. Sylvia was great at scheduling me an appointment and sending me copies to sign for the estimate. When the job was completed, John checked all water faucets, from shower, bathtub, sinks and kitchen sinks. He is dog friendly, and a nice guy overall. Thanks, John, see you next spring.
