I had a plumbing issue and before he came out, he had me run through a few things which cleared up the issue without any charge/dispatch fees. Gained my respect instantly and will use him for all future plumbing needs. Thank you!!!
Joe the Plumber is now run by his son Nick. Nick has installed toilets, faucets, and took care of a leak for us. He does great work. He is very neat. He explains things clearly. Plus, he is one of the nicest people we have had do work in our home. He arrives on time, and is very personable and polite. His prices are fair. I recommended him to a neighbor who needed her hot water heater replaced. When she called, he initially said he was ending his work day, but then said he didn't want our neighbor to be without hot water. He came right over and replaced the heater. She was a new customer and will be a customer for years to come. She sings his praises to anyone who will listen. We do too.
We have used Joe the Plumber for several years. They have fixed faucets, installed toilets, and other various items. They truly are exceptional.
Joe the Plumber (Newark, DE) is the BEST. We noticed a problem with our hot water heater, called Joe the Plumber, he came over that morning, he diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained the problem to us and we decided to get a new hot water heater. Our old water heater was about 10 years old so it was time. Price was very reasonable. Due to prior commitments Joe did the installation the following day. We now have a perfectly functioning hot water heater. Joe was very professional, courteous and friendly. A very nice gentleman. In the future we will be contacting Joe with any plumbing problems that come up. Thanks Joe!
We just used Joe to locate and repair a leak in our shower that was destroying our ceiling in the basement. He came out (within an HOUR!) to locate the issue and give us a quote. The price was great and he came back the same week to repair the issue. He had to cut into the wall to make an access panel and it looks GREAT! He also put in all new shower/bath pieces and added the drain for free because he "wanted it to match". We will never use anyone else. Thank you so much to Joe and his son!!!
