Justin responded very quickly when I called to set up a sewer line inspection. He arrived on time and completed his work quickly, explaining everything he saw through the scope and clearly communicating what, if any, further steps we should take. I would recommend!

Today, I invited John, the master of JMS Plumbing, to repair the leaking faucet in the backyard. I was very satisfied with the result. It was done soon after making an appointment on the same day. The service was very professional and efficient. I will remember him.｜

Justin and his team were incredible. We had sewage backing up into our house on a Saturday afternoon. Justin worked until almost midnight to try to dislodge any clogs and diagnosed something more serious. They ended up needing to excavate and replace our whole sewage line (which required coordination with the gas company) and they finished all of the work by Monday afternoon. The turnaround time was incredible, the pricing was more than fair, and Justin and team went truly above and beyond to fix our issue.

I contacted JMS Plumbing via Thumbtack, we heard a drip each time the faucet was used but was unable to find where the drip was. Because it was urgent, we scheduled them to come out on the next business day. Justin arrived on time, we received a text letting us know he was on his way. Hw was very detailed in his troubleshooting of the issue, looking at various locations, including opening a suspected wall. I am pleased with JMS Plumbing and would hire them again.
