JMJ Plumbing in Woodstock, GA, did an outstanding job with our serious plumbing issue, due in most part to the expert work of their Master Plumber Brent McFarland. Our sewer pipe broke in several places from our house to the street. Brent guided us through the problem utilizing fiber optic cameras to validate the problems found underground. He was incredibly helpful with cost, and ensured the repairmen were constantly guided and well supervised. You can easily see his 25 years of plumbing experience as he explained requirements, minimized costs, and coordinated with the city and local utility services in order to complete this big project in 2 days. Greg has been awesome! I had four quotes done, and they were next to the lowest. I felt more comfortable with them and opted to pay a little bit more. They came out and completed the job without issue. About four weeks later, I had a major leak, right were they had worked, and where the line comes into the house. I found this at 6:30 am, I called and left a message and received a return call within 10 minutes. She (I can't remember her name), but she had Greg come back out first thing and he replaced the fitting. It was no fault of their own, the water pressure cracked the schedule 80 fitting, so he installed a brass fitting. Long story long, I will hire them again! Thanks!!!

Greg was our technician that came to see us from BDS plumbing. We had been having a leak onto our ceiling from what seems to be from our master bathroom. Greg was knowledgeable, kind and explained the issues causing our water problems. Although our water problems were not directly a plumbing issue, Greg gave us some suggestions that would help fix the issue without spending an arm and a leg. I appreciate the honesty from BDS plumbing, as that is not something you get every day with some of these larger corporations. In the future, I will be glad to call BDS plumbing for any needs we might have. Thanks so much!!

Had a leak coming from my master bathroom for the past two weeks on and off. Did what I could to unclog the drain but that seemed to only be temporary as the clog would return. Did my research and came across BDS Plumbing. After reading other customers testimonials, I saw great things about a Brent. I was fortunate to get Brent for my appointment and I finally understand why customers rave about the guy! He is great, personable, and very knowledgeable. He inspected my situation while also providing me recommendations for future Instances. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Brent McFarland visited my residence today to advise me about the probable cause and remedy for the unusual waterflow from under my driveway. He quickly determined that the condition did not arise from a broken or ruptured water line/pipe that is positioned under the driveway from the water meter to the house. He was very polite and experienced and easily shared his knowledgeable with me. He recommended a solution to my concern, and I was very thankful to him. I was extremely pleased with his visit. He skillfully and promptly identified our problem and gave me the option to pursue a simple repair on my own (I mentioned doing a bit of DIY work) as a way of saving some money. Brent came out within a couple hours of us placing the call. He was super helpful explaining all of the issues we had, showed me exactly where the issues are in our plumbing lines, and clearly explained everything that needed to be done to fix our issues. Greg McFarland of BDS performed an excellent service in replacing a lawn faucet on the side of our house that was leaking and the associated pipe in the inside of the garage. The faucet is sturdy and cosmetically attractive (blue head) and the installation was completed excellently. The side of the house looks better for it and the leak has been fixed. This is my second time using BDS and I will call them whenever I am in need of their services. I recommend BDS highly and without reservation.
