From start to finish our experience with JM Plumbing and Heating was top notch in professionalism, knowledge of products and options, responsiveness to email/texts, scheduling, and installation. Nick’s visit to give us an estimate on a tankless water heater built our confidence and drove our decision to hire JM; he answered our questions and gave us facts, not a sales pitch. The installation team (Jose, Abel, and Dimitri) was fantastic: on time, courteous, efficient, expert in the product/performance, thorough, respectful of our home, took great care of the area they were working in, and walked us through their work and the “how to” of operating our new water heater. We could not have asked for a better experience. And we recommend JM Plumbing and Heating without hesitation or qualification.

JM was doing work for a neighbor. Saw their fabulous and clean workmanship and asked the crew to evaluate our needs. Replaced our load panel with a larger panel and upgraded our service line with heavy-up. JM Plumbing and Heating are wonderful people to work with. We are very pleased with the results. In December last year, we had old boiler and hot water tank removed and replaced with an on-demand water heater/boiler Combo unit by JM plumbing. I thought it was important to wait 6+ months before writing a review. The job was completed in 1 day, with terrific results. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process were extremely professional and eager to answer any and all questions. As a bonus we have a lot more room in our utility room/area. I have recommended them several times since they completed our boiler/water heater combo and will continue to do so with confidence. I’ve included a before and after photo along with this review.

I have been working with the JM team for 12 years on various AC and heating projects in my 80 year old DC home. This time they replaced my boiler with a new high efficiency gas boiler and hot water heater. The thing I value most about the JM team is just how professional they are. It’s the exact same guys who have worked in my place for years, I can leave them and go to work and feel perfectly at ease with them there. Their work is exceptionally well done, it’s hard to get excited about a boiler but the final product looks like something from a Jules Verne novel. Everything is left well marked and spotlessly clean. Functions flawlessly. They even performed some more mundane plumbing jobs for me that were equally well done. They are a bit more expensive than some other companies but the assurance of quality work from a reputable team makes JM worth it.

Nick, the co-owner, came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate for a tankless water heater installation, compared to others. Nick is courteous polite and flexible. It's a family owned business. His crew, Jose, Dimitri, and their assistant were very professional friendly and polite. They did a very clean install and left me nothing at all to clean up. They walked me through the system after as well. They have my highest recommendation. Period.
