We had a water softener break, releasing resin throughout our plumbing system. JM Lapp responded with swift service, providing experienced technicians to resolve the situation. Their customer support and on call holiday emergency services was excellent. To be commended are Matt, Kenny, Peter, Mike and Tonya who all worked together to navigate this situation. My first floor bathroom ceiling collapsed and they were able to send out a technician with four hours. Michael called 20 minutes before arriving. He identified the problem within 15 minutes, although my issue was not one of the services that they listed on their website. I had a leak in the second floor Jacuzzi. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, came and did not object to my four dogs. I was very happy with the services and I actually spoke with him about a few other projects I need done at my home. He was able to quote me a price before he left the job. I cannot say enough nice things about this company, and I will tell you that I had also been given their name by a real estate agent friend of mine. If you need any plumbing work done, this is your place.

I woke up to the sound of my bathroom ceiling, collapsing. I needed emergency services because I was afraid to use either bathroom as one is on top of the other. The plumber was here within four hours, identified himself, was great, personable, did not object to the fact that I have four dogs. He came in and identified the problem within 15 minutes and had it fixed within another 15 or 20 minutes. Although the price might seem a little high, the service that he provided was not a normal fix. The problem was actually a leak in my Jacuzzi that caused the collapse of my master bedroom ceiling. The plumber identified this leak within a very short period of time, although I don’t believe that this was a service listed on the companies site.I would recommend this company, and I was also given this company‘s name from another satisfied customer. If you need a plumber, this is your company.

JM Lapp installed a new heat pump in a mobile home that I own. It is an older home and it took some time to find what we needed. They went out of their way to make sure everything was what was needed. They spent the day installing the unit. Making sure that everything was working to their liking. They took the old unit and all the other trash with them which was a pleasant surprise. We thought we had to dispose of it. The unit is working to our expectations and more. Overall we were beyond pleased with everyone from the secretaries, the installation team and salesman. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a great experience with this company. Communication was great. Sent me a text when they were about 20 minutes out. The technician was very informative, very professional, and seem to know his job very well. I also liked that the technician took his boots off before he entered my home, not sure if it’s common practice, but I just thought it was thoughtful of him.
