After 13 years of use, my high efficiency furnace started shutting off during this Winter’s cold snap. Jim Nedham was able to send a Service Tech out the same day, as our house temperature started falling. Shane is an excellent, very professional hvac technician that is a pleasure to work with. He’s willing to explain how each part functions and its impact on keeping the furnace running smoothly. I highly recommend Jim Nedham for installing or repairing a HVAC system.
