Ben came out to take a look at our old ductwork. Turns out the job is a little more complicated than we hoped, but he gave us some great information. Ben was very friendly and diligent. We will certainly reach out for any future issues.

We lost heat for a majority of the day, and regained it that evening. We called Jim Needham plumbing & heating, I’ve been satisfied with the plumbing work they’ve done in the past, and totally forgot they did HVAC. They got me scheduled in the first available slot the next day. Ben, the HVAC technician was extremely kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He gave me different options on how to proceed with repair, including some preventative measures. Ben was also very clear about things we might encounter along the way. Ben did find some things along the way that we wouldn’t have know about until tearing into everything. Unfortunately we weren’t able to finish all the work due to parts availability (the service date was New Year’s Eve, so completely understandable), Ben got everything to a point it was operational, and told me he would get back to be the day after New Year’s Day to figure out scheduling to finish the work. This is the 4th time I’ve used Jim Needham plumbing & heating’s services, and I’ve been satisfied every time they’ve come out. The scheduling has always been great, and I’ve been able to get a technician to my residence within 24 hours. Highly recommend Jim Needham Plumbing & Heating

Shane O'Brien stopped by to give me a quote on replacing our bypass humidifier. He had every opportunity to oversell me a new humidifier that I didn't need, but instead he educated me on how different humidifiers work and he showed me that my current bypass humidifier, though very old, is still functioning and it just needed some upkeep. Then he taught me how to do the upkeep. He was kind, honest, helpful and informative. I do recommend him. Thank you Shane.

Bucky saved the day! I discovered my tankless Navian boiler had been incorrectly installed by another company, leaving several dead-zones in my home. Bucky came out asap, assessed the situation, found me a replacement ( hard-to-find ) thermostat and was back the next morning with it to make the needed repairs plus a few other quick fixes bring the previous job to code. He talking through everything with me clearly and kindly. I’d give 6 stars of if I could.

I am so relieved that Taylor came out to fix our leaky toilets and shutoff valves. We had faulty equipment from the previous owners and have been slowly repairing and fixing everything. I am so happy to have a company like Jim Needham that catches things before they get really bad and need larger fixes. Thank you for cleaning up after yourself and making sure everything works better than when you came.

Daniel was great! He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Texted before he arrived and arrived when he said he would. He was able to fix our problem quickly and gave us some good product and consumer knowledge along the way. This was our first contact with Needham (Heard about them from their TV ads) and I was very pleasantly surprised. Will definitely reach out to them in the future.

Tyson did such an awesome job today. I needed my main water shut off valve updated as I could not turn it on or off anymore. It looks absolutely great and I don’t have to worry about it anymore. He also fixed the pounding problem from high water pressure. I am very happy with this young man’s performance and professionalism. Thanks again Tyson!

Ben was fantastic! Very professional and knowledgeable, and just a nice guy! Took his time to check our system., and identified some areas for further repair, which he did while here. Explained everything very clearly and showed me everything he was doing and needed to fix. So thrilled we have a great HVAC and plumbing guy!!!!

Ben came out today to inspect our funky duct work, and while there was nothing that could be done to resolve the placement of the ducts, he took his time in our attic and walked us through what's happening up there with videos and photos. We greatly appreciate Ben's time and advice.
