Jim Dandy Sewer and Plumbing

Thorough checking and found the problem(s) with leaking toilet and small part for dishwasher in kitchen. Replacement for three pumps et al were available. Could have done it today but I needed to coordinate one of the repairs with MIL tenant.

We had a major leak due to sub-par plumbing work done by another company. Jim Dandy’s team came in and assessed, diagnosed and resolved the issue quickly and competently. Very professional, kind and communicative. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Came in promptly and available on Sunday when we had a water leak in our home. Plumber was extremely knowledgeable and courteous and was able to quickly figure out problem and refer us to a water damage restoration company. He himself made the calls and asked them to come take a look. Overall a wonderful experience and definitely will hire them again for any plumbing needs.

Needing a plumber is such a dreadful feeling but the service we received was a big relief! Alexander arrived promptly and explained his course of action after I showed him the gross results of our sewer backup. His work was thorough, he was honest and transparent with costs and he got it all done quickly. I really appreciated that he cleaned the entire area and is just a super nice guy! We had a mainline blockage that needed repairs and Jim Dandy was a life saver. Shane came out on Saturday and was knowledgeable and shared every step of the process with us. When it turned out to be more than originally quoted for reasons of our older home, they shared options and solutions. Manuel came out the next day and after making the necessary repairs we shared thatbwe had shopped there pricing and that they were competitive with other local companies. They were appreciative, professional, and respectful. Great company and great employees, Manuel and Shane were great!
