Raymond Munoz arrived promptly at the beginning of my service window and clearly explained the process. This was my first service since moving in over 3 years ago and will now get it done annually. John from JIG Plumbing was great. He was at our home promptly and very quickly diagnosed the issue. He performed a hydro jet flush of our drain line to clear the blockage and also clean out the buildup along the inside walls of the pipe. Did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

Had a tragic toilet clog that back flowed into our bathtub. Our landlord called J.I.G. Plumbing. Ray was fantastic. Timely, polite, clean. He even went above and beyond and cleaned up our bathtub. Our bladders thank you, Ray.
