Jimmy serviced my stubborn 1955 home with professionalism, diligence and care! I was very impressed. He uses the best equipment and went the distance and cleared up our issue! I would highly recommend him!!!
I have used JG Plumbing & Rooter. inc in repairing a leaked gas pipe before and they did a very good job. Today, Jimmy Guerra serviced our leaking toilet and replaced the wax ring/flange. He is very accommodating and has done his work in a professional manner. He answered all my questions and concerns. I am very satisfied with the honest work and I am pleased with the excellent service I received. Their price is competitive/affordable compared to others. Repeating customer here. We had a backup two weeks ago and experienced the same problem again last night. We called JG Plumbing, and they responded quickly, scheduling us for the next day. They conducted a thorough investigation of the issue and provided several options. Jimmy, the technician, was extremely helpful and kind. I never felt like he was trying to upsell us, which made me feel more confident in my decision. I truly appreciate everything he did, and we’ll be using them for all of our future plumbing needs.
I am so happy Jimmy came with consideration of wearing shoe cover before entering! Having confirmed our property not having a clean out, he gave a reasonable estimate and gave additional discount for cash. Jimmy was excellent ensuring clean work, setting up a spot for the toilet while working in the bathroom. He also gave great advice, explaining why toilet wax seal is better than rubber gasket. With professional knowledge and how neighboring cities drain systems work, I am happy to have chosen JG Plumbing and Rooter!
