During the unbearably hot stretch we had this past summer, my air conditioner completely gave out right when temperatures were over 100° for several days straight. The house was miserable, and I was honestly stressed about how long it would take to fix. I reached out to Jersey Boys Plumbing, and they showed up quickly, assessed everything thoroughly, and walked me through my options in a way that was easy to understand. They gave me the choice between repairing my 25-year-old unit or replacing it, and after talking through the pros and cons, we decided replacement was the smarter long-term move. They helped us through their financing process, which was smooth and straightforward, and every single person we worked with was friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. What really stood out to me was how much they went above and beyond. When installation was delayed an extra day because our electrical panel couldn’t support the new system, they provided us with window A/C units so we wouldn’t have to suffer through the heat. That level of care meant a lot. In the end, we not only got a brand-new HVAC system, but also a new electrical panel and some old copper piping replaced. The quality of work and attention to detail were outstanding. I’ve been so happy with the experience that I’ve since used them again for a sink leak and even for work at my business. John, Frank, and Hunter are honestly saviors. They muscled my old tank out and put my new one in with answering all my ridiculous questions in no time flat. Highly recommend these guys. Prices are great. Work is fantastic.

My roomie Rich and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Jersey Boys today,from start to finish. John began with assessment, Rich was very pleased as he was courteous and on time. Hunter and Frank did just a fantastic job with the installation of the toilets and the faucet in our kitchen. Each one friendly, courteous, and gentleman while cleaning up before they finished. And asked Rich if he wanted a coffee! Who does that?! The Jersey Boys do! Thanks to all.

we used jersey boys after another company did not return our calls and seeing a yard sign in our neighborhood. the initial call was for running a new gas line within the house to switch our electric range to a gas range. that work was done, it was extremely neat and clean work. then while relighting our gas appliances our 15+ year old water heater would not ignite. so not only did we get a new gas line, our water heater was replaced on the same day, which was a friday afternoon, not leaving us with a full weekend of cold showers. frank and matt were so nice and did nice clean work (and loved our dogs!)

Joined their yearly membership just for the peace of mind of the systems in our house. For me it’s been worth it. So far I have had the water heater flushed and the heat inspected and it’s been great. I’ve had Frank and Mike for my services and both took their time to explain what they were doing and what they discovered. Even the small gesture of asking if I wanted a coffee before coming over was unexpected and appreciated. What I really appreciate is they do not put any pressure on proceeding forward with the quotes they provide. They explain what they recommend and that is that. So far so good!
