We called Jennings because we tried to replace some porch lights and found a major electrical mess due to the previous homeowners. Josh came out to assess the situation and gave us an accurate price to re-install one of the electrical boxes, both of our new lights, and caulk it up so the same issues don’t happen again. He even had the correct screws for the light fixtures - which Amazon didn’t think we needed 😒 (and would have stopped us if we had tried to install them ourselves). It looks so much better and we feel better knowing it’s installed correctly. Thanks!

A friendly reminder to get multiple quotes. One of our underground power lines from the street failed and we got an estimate from Jennings. The quote sent us into a panic. We talked to multiple smaller local contractors after this that gave us much more reasonable quotes around 1/4 of the cost

I hired Jennings to look at a fault I had with my main breaker. What a disappointment they sent me a sales man not a technician. He spent no longer than 5 minutes looking at what might me wrong told me it was unfixable and started quoting me prices. He said everything in the box and half way up the outside pole needed to be replaced, $4000 to $8000. I had another electrician come out and was told the high limit switch on the furnace was shot and the blower motor need to be blown out to much dust had accumulated making it harder for the furnace to operate drawing to much voltage and the main breaker may be weak. $485.00 I'll never deal with Jennings again.

I was hesitant to call any company after questionable work from another company in the past, but read the positive reviews for Jennings. They are locally owned which is a bonus for me. From the outset, Matt was professional, personable and willing to show and explain everything he was doing for my boiler cleaning. I knew it was time for replacement, a topic I brought up, not him. He came in well under what I was envisioned the final bill would be. It was actually a relief to sign up to get my new boiler installed! I will definitely recommend Jennings to everyone I know. I will also be a customer for life! I wasn't aware they provided more services than just HVAC, but I'm very glad I made the call. No pressure, no hidden gimmicks, just great service and they keep you informed for every appointment. No hot water! Went to basement to check tankless water heater. Was spewing water all out of it! All over the floor! Called Jennings! Was very upset didn’t know what to do..receptionist was so concerned and got a plumber to me ASAP! Sam Walker changed his schedule to come take care of my water heater! Turned out needed a new one…Sam Walker switched appointments around to fit me in next day! Jennings cares about their customers!! Make them your 1st call for plumbing needs! A ten in my book for sure! Thank you Sam Walker for your expertise and care!

We were having issues with our new furnace we purchased within the year. We were getting no heat upstairs. Nick took his time trying to diagnose the issues and wound up replacing the thermostat and advising us what we can do to ensure we make the best possible use of our new furnace. He explained everything clearly. He was here for 2 plus hours and we are so appreciative of his dedication to excellent customer service! Nick is one of the many reasons we remain loyal to Jennings!

Everything that Jennings does seems to just be right on the money, including Steve, the technician that came to inspect and estimate for a new furnace for us. Now that the installation is complete I have to add how impressed I am with Tyler, Frank and Andy on their work. I am a retired Technician so I know a professional job when I see one! I am getting another estimate this week from Jennings for an upgraded main electrical panel.

Daveon is terrific. He not only performed the annual maintenance on our A/C, he also recommended, educated and convinced us, and installed a start up assist unit on our A/C condenser to extend its service life. Jennings has had our business since 1992. They have always been terrific. Prompt. Knowledgeable. Personable. Thorough. Excellent communicators. Thoughtful recommendations to keep our systems well maintained and functional.

I was a long-time customer with another HVAC business in the area but I changed over to Jennings for their customer service excellence. I always get a friendly agent when I phone, and my needs are taken care of personally and effectively. I have had occasion to have techs out three times for different check-ups, and each visit has been taken care of by courteous and knowledgeable people! Keep up the good work, Jennings!

Our heating system went out over night. I called Jennings before 8:00 AM. They answered the phone!! Around 8:45. Josh came to the house. He was professional, obviously competent, and thorough. Within an hour, he diagnosed the problem, called the manufacturer and confirmed that it was covered under warranty. He was great in all facets of his job. A perfect 10 out of 10.

Called Jennings Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric for maintenance service on AC unit. The service Technician arrived on-time and thoroughly provided maintenance on the unit. He was also very friendly and professional. I appreciate the service I received. The maintenance was covered under an existing warranty. I will renew the service warranty with Jennings.

Had a hot water tank problem on a Saturday and Jennings sent someone within an hour. Sam came and fixed the issue while thoroughly explaining the problem and offering several ways of moving forward in order to prevent recurrence. He was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. We will definitely ask for him in the future.

Ryan was friendly, easy to work with and skilled at his job. The finished product works great! This is consistent with all the technicians from Jennings we have worked with these past few years. It seems to us that Jennings has a good team (including the helpful young lady who answered our call).
