Our water heater needed some TLC. Andrew from Jenkins Plumbing was timely, expert, cleaned up when he finished and had time and patience for a few questions. THE BEST

Have a drain issue in new built home. Man came and told me it was the water. Just has the water company here and everything is fine like I've been telling everybody. Now I'll have to call the health department. This should be a home warranty issue, however they are declining my request. Builder uses this plumber. Hmm. Makes you wonder why. Nobody has heard the end from me!!

Semi driver!!! First time here!! Do not go into front office the ladies will tell you they don’t care that your delivering and tell you to find the forklift driver. You can go around the building to the left left of entry to get to the back but I turned around in the entry circle and backed straight in! The ladies are more worried about taking smoke breaks and gossiping instead of being helpful. Only one fork lift driver unloading 3 1/2 hours. All other employees are rude as well box truck drivers impatient and rude, employees will go around you in the process of you trying to back up just to get in a parking spot that’s in your lane of travel!! PROCESS WITH CAUTION TO THIS FACILITY!!

Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I had no choice as this is the one my home builder deals with. I needed 1 sink replaced under warranty which took 6 appointments and 6 months and caused me to leave work early unpaid 5 times. The first time they showed up 2 days earlier than the appt, which of course i was not home. The 2nd visit no show no call no email. 3rd visit they showed up with no sink to replace. 4th visit they got a sink from my home builder which was incorrect. 5th appointment they called me an hour before the appt and told me they had to reschedule. and finally on the 6th appointment they replaced both sinks with identical types but extremely poor install. Drain handle was crooked and halfway closed at the completely open position, faucet gasket is sticking out from underneath, and the one sinks overflow hole is completely off center. The employee Danny and his buddy took off before I could even go look at the work. Atleast his helper was nice. I recommend you avoid this company like the plague

Four men Four day And none could clear the clog. After 4 days, i had to run to do school pick. Left them working in the house. And miraculously they claim there were 3 small wipes clogging a brand new home. And disappeared by the time I got back and left behind a trail of dirty boot prints in my house along with carpet runners full of dirt and fecal matter from rolling the machines in and not without even bothering to run up the rugs or cover their boots. Now I'm being ghosted bc I asked to have the hall runners cleaned. Had to step in and run the snake.
