Jem Plumbing is literally a "gem"! Jem installed a brand new hydronic heater (boiler/radiator) in our home for a great price just three days after we arrived home from being out of town in January and found our home ice cold because our boiler quit. JEM sent a highly qualified boiler expert the same day we called and got our 40 year old system running, giving us heat in near zero weather while they organized the new boiler. I’ve used JEM Plumbing several times for residential work. They have always been professional and helpful. Kevin and Caleb replaced a cartridge in the shower valve. Found JEM Plumbing through the official Navien website when I was looking for a quote on a tankless water heater. The office was very responsive to my online inquiry and after speaking on the phone with Jeremy (owner) he scheduled a site visit. I was happy with the time he spent to not only address what I called about, but answered additional plumbing questions as well. In this day you rarely get a salesperson, let alone the owner, willing to spend that kind of time. In the end I think he gave me a very fair quote for the installation of my new unit and I was happy, if not surprised, that it blew a larger companies quote out of the water. In the end I feel I got a better overall service for my money which included upgrades not even mentioned by the other group. I have more projects to come and Jeremy and his techs at JEM will be the first ones I call.

April 2026 We had a leak in our water heater's TMP. Matthias not only quickly replaced it but also went the extra step to diagnose why it failed and discovered that our home's main water PSI was much higher than our appliances are rated for and would continue to cause issues for us down the road. He was able to recommend a method to fix the issue long-term that we plan to pursue. 2024 I called JEM Plumbing on a Tuesday and was able to schedule an appointment two days later. Ryan K. was extremely helpful by getting our floor-mounted tub filler installed and fixing a valve for our garden hose. He also thoughtfully made sure to install extra shutoff valves for any trouble we might have with the filler down the road. I'll definitely be using JEM Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

JEM Plumbing will get all our future business and referrals. Late Thursday night our basement drains backed up causing quite the dilemma in our 6 person household. Not knowing what else to do, we called roto rooter who fed us some crap about about the “issue” and quoted us between 10-15k. I called JEM out for a second opinion and they were able to come right out and show me the issue and didn’t try to “upsell” any additional services. Just simply the solution to fix my issue. Matthias, Chad & Corinth were all so polite and super helpful and understanding. They company is lucky to Have employees who are so educated and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service!!! My first experience with Jem was awesome. From the friendly customer service on the phone to schedule them all the way until the job was completed. They got me scheduled the next day. My tech, Carson was great. He didn't do more than needed and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He got the job done quickly, was personable, did the job right, and answered all of my annoying questions along the way, as well as respected the cleanliness of our home. He also has great taste in music! Use them without hesitation if you need any work done. I will be using them for all future work we need at our house.

What a great experience dealing with JEM Plumbing..from dealing with Natalie and Ashley in the office thru text..they really took the time to try and pinpoint the situation and were able to get a technician out that same day..As for the technicians..two professional young men..Carson and Mathias .. they assessed the situation on site..made great recommendations and delivered a finished product that works great..looks great..and going to last for years to come..I can’t say enough on how pleased we are with JEM Plumbing..got em’ on speed dial for any future projects that may arise down the road

JEM Plumbing is a reliable, reasonably priced, and efficient organization. Our business uses their services on all of our properties. Recently Carson ran the drain camera and jetted the drain lines at one of our rentals. He also helped us to identify the location and depth of the lines running to the sewer. He is an outstanding and competent technician who was able to help us think through how to proceed with our project. He deserves highest accolades. All other JEM Technicians, office personnel, and management deserve the highest accolades! I trust JEM with all my plumbing needs!

I have to get a water backup test every year to satisfy the city of north canton, < which is a total B,S b the city>. I contacted JEM plumbers do the job for me. They arrived early did the job quickly and left me feeling GREAT about their company. The young man who didi the job for me asked if there is a Veteran in the home and I said I am Viet Nam vet and they offered me a 10 percent discount . I was very surprised the offer and appreciative. I will highly refer Jem Plumbing in the future.

Once again JEM Plumbing came through for us. We had a leak into our basement and they came right away and fixed the electrical conduit through which the water was gaining entrance. Later in the day it tripped the breaker, and they came right back and fixed it. So pleasant to work with! Shaun and Chad were outstanding plumbers, Ashley and Natalie are superb office staff to work with, and Jeremy the owner is a man of integrity and makes sure things are done right. Very pleased!

My wife and I purchased our home in Uniontown approximately 4 years ago. The house is 30+ years old and, of course, has required a bit of updating. We've replaced the hot water tank, numerous pipe fittings, several shutoffs, new water supply lines to our washiing machine and we also had our drains/sewer lines inspected with video results. We have relied on Jem Plumbing from the onset for fair pricing and timely service. Long story short, we haven't found anyone better.

JEM plumbing was a huge help with getting our new business plumbed and open for business. They were always timely with their estimates and getting the work completed on time and to the highest standards. The office staff were very accommodating and it was very helpful to send them photos of the areas I needed addressed so the technician would be prepared. They kept their promises to notify before arrival and arrived within the scheduled time frame. While at my house, the technician was very courteous and clearly explained the work he would do. I would highly recommend this company and will call them if needed again.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I had to get a bunch of pipes replaced, and I had a gas leak. Thomas helped me out. He did a really great job finding that leak, and the pipe work looks incredible. Really nice guy too. Everything was priced great as-well. Will definitely be calling back in the future for my other plumbing needs that pop up lol. Def recommending this company to friends, coworkers, and family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
