I called on a Sunday and John answered the phone and talked me thru some things and said he would come out the next morning. He was very professional and assed the problem quickly and got our water back to working. I recommend giving him a call for any well related problems
These guys were great to work with. They came in and identified a bad pressure tank for my well up front. They quoted a price before doing any work. They already had all the supplies for the job, so they finished way quicker than I expected. The warranty was fully explained. They made sure to flush my system of debris and clean up the work area as well. I look forward to working with them again the next time something breaks down.
John’s service was exceptional. He talked me through the issue over the phone (on a weekend, no less) and was here at his earliest availability the next day. He was transparent and honest, and he provided the information I needed to move forward with a repair confidently. John completed the repair successfully, and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend JC and will be calling in the future!
They replaced our well pump and pressure tank and did a fantastic job. John and his dad took the time to explain everything to us in great detail and helped us learn more about what type of well we had including how much iron we had in our water. We were very happy with the quality of work, their communication, and knowledge. They were very easy-going, down to earth and friendly. I highly recommend!
