I would recommend JC Plumbing. They’re a very professional and skilled plumbing company. They were able to clear a major kitchen clog with advanced hydrojetting after a thorough camera diagnostic. They understood the plumbing schematics from their plumbing and house construction knowledge base.

Called on a Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday. Our rocking toilet had turned into an E ticket ride! Tried for days to get a plumber but nobody wanted to take a smaller job. JC’s said “No Problem, we got you!”. Let ‘em know we were fine with him coming early if he could and he got here a whole 2 hours early. Fixed and done by the original appointment time! Estynn was our guy and he explained everything up front and gave a more than fair price/estimate. So happy to have found them! Will definitely be our go to plumber.

I called from out of state desperately looking for someone to replace my 90 year old father’s hot water tank. This company is awesome they were so accommodating and empathetic, and competitively price. They rock!

Come to the location I was charged $89.00 To evaluate the work need to be done, Left the property and and suppose a quote back to do the work and till today two month later still Wetting for the quote, In mid time the job got complete with a different company.

Saved Me From Becoming a Human Fountain – Emergency Call Gone wild. 3:17 AM. I wake up because it sounds like Niagara Falls is having a party in my laundry room. I stumble in half-asleep and discover my washing machine has decided to revolt — water shooting everywhere like it was possessed by a angry water demon. I’m standing there in my boxers, phone in one hand, trying to shut off the valve while doing the world’s worst rain dance to avoid the spray. Called JC Plumbing in full panic mode, probably sounding like a drowning raccoon. The dispatcher was calm and said they’d send someone ASAP. 38 minutes later (yes, I counted), a JC Plumbing tech rolls up like a plumbing superhero. Dude walks in, takes one look at the chaos, and says with a straight face: “Sir, your washing machine didn’t just flood… it tried to baptize the whole house.” He had the water shut off in seconds, replaced the busted inlet hose, and even helped me mop up the worst of it so my floor didn’t turn into a slip-n-slide. While he was there, he noticed my dryer vent was half-clogged with lint and gave it a quick clean so I wouldn’t burn the house down next. Best part? He never once made me feel like an idiot for my 3 AM crying call. Just laughed with me, fixed everything fast, and charged a fair emergency rate. JC Plumbing — if your house tries to drown you at stupid o’clock in the morning, these are the people you want showing up. They turned my personal water park disaster into a funny story I’ll tell for years. 10/10. Would recommend (but preferably not at 3 AM again… though I know they’d still come).

“JC Plumbing Came Through When My Kitchen Tried to Flood Me Out!” I woke up to water pouring out from under my kitchen sink like a broken fire hydrant. Panic mode activated. Called three companies — two never answered, one said they couldn’t come until tomorrow. JC Plumbing picked up on the first ring and had a tech at my door in Camp Verde within 45 minutes. The guy was professional, polite, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed a failed supply line that had completely split. While fixing that, he also found that my garbage disposal was on its last legs and the P-trap was barely hanging on. He explained all the options without pushing the most expensive one, then got everything running perfectly. What really stood out was how clean they left the job site — floors mopped, tools put away, no mess at all. He even took the time to show me how to maintain the new parts so this doesn’t happen again. JC Plumbing is now my go-to. Fast response, honest pricing, skilled work, and zero upselling pressure. If you’re in the Camp Verde area and need a plumber who actually shows up and gets it done right, call these guys. Saved my kitchen and my stress level. Highly recommend!

Jeremiah and his team are wonderful. I hired J.C.'s plumbing over the summer for several plumbing jobs on an older home I recently purchased in Sedona. I reached out to several companies for estimates. I obviously wanted a reasonable quote but I was looking for quality honest work as well and wasn't planning on just going with the cheapest price. JC's was not only the best price (by a lot compared to some BIG BOX company brands) they were also quick to schedule, reliable, honest, friendly, and communicative. My home is an older home with some "quirks" and older home problems that they were able to problem solve and fix. Everyone from the office manager, Trish, to Davin (who refused to let an old drain get the best of him) were fantastic. They helped me deal with a water heater warranty for a water heater they did NOT install and even returned the bad one for me. They are a local company that you can tell takes pride in their work. I highly reccomend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

I've lost confidence in your customer relations. The flush of my gas hot water heater did not need to be done. You installed a hot water recirculation pump and whole house cold water filter couple of years back, so I figured that you would know my system. You sent a repairmen that had no idea of what you had done, so he just did what he normally would do for a new customer. Therefore, I will not call you again for service! I received a response from JC's, which was a "non response". He values his customers, but won't respond except to say he was sorry that his man didn't performs he should. His receptionist was unable to even inform her boss that I wanted to speak to him. She had never had to say anything to him about my complaint. So much for his offer to speak to him to clear things up.

JC Plumbing and Jeremiah. Hallelujah! If you want the job done right, the first time, hire him and his staff! We can't say enough great things about Jeremiah, but we will try: Reliable, courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, an excellent problem-solver whether your problem is simple or complex, he and his team clean up after themselves, and he is willing to take the time to listen and explain your plumbing situation, and doesn't make you feel stupid for asking! (All of these are legitimate points as previous plumbers we dealt with were none of the above, were incompetent and tried to do things to make their life simpler, not ours). We truly are thankful we found him in Cottonwood, AZ. Great guy, great plumber! Highly recommend.

Excellent work on a remodel of a bathroom that modified a Jack-n-Jill into two separate bathrooms. What was expected to fairly simple by our contractor turned out to be quite a bit more. But JC's did a fantastic job and kept everything on schedule and budget (despite having a long hand dig to the septic in an area where machines couldn't be used). The office answered with a person (wow), who was polite and understood the urgency of our situation. The plumbers arrived on the time window they stated, cleaned up at the end of each day and professional job. The whole project could've been derailed by a slow or overpriced plumber. Glad I found them.

The best plumber in Cottonwood! Thank you for taking the time and fixing my 18 year problem and getting an electrical conduit out of my pipe that was stuck and caused problems yearly! The other plumbers I went to through the years said they would have to tear out concrete and my bathroom to fix this! Thank you Jeremiah! Also had him install a gas tankless water heater to replace my electric heater which is saving me lots of money monthly! Im so grateful! I've lived in the Verde Valley for 37 years. It seems that a lot of contractors in the Verde Valley area don't show up when they say they will, don't honor the original price quote, and don't do the quality of work that they claim to do. I'm happy to say that these guys do the quality of work they say they will do, show up when they say they will, and are definitely a company that operates with integrity! I would highly recommend these guys!!
